So, options.

You can go back to town, it's not very far and the keys are still in the door. This would allow you to resupply and rest in comfort, but may allow 'other things' to complicate your continued passage through the monastery.

You can camp in your current location, but that would be resting in hostile territory which could mean problems arising during the rest phase. There are two entrances into the room so you're not totally exposed but its still a risk.

You can rest in the floor below as 'guests' of Maligast. You'd likely be safe from outside threats but whether or not you trust an Eoxian Bone Sage is up to you all.

Either way, there is the issue of the objects you found. If you want to identify them yourself I'll need someone with access to detect magic to make four spellcraft checks. In town, Ylisia will gladly check them for a token payment of 5 gp per object. The potions you can ID without a check as potions of Infernal Healing.

The dorm rooms below are probably the best call. As Khalil mentioned, food may also be a concern. Khazim has rations but he left them with his packmule...

Hmm. I assume Aakif has his rations on him, seeing as how he could strap a chuck wagon to his back and still have a light load. But maybe a retreat for supplies is in order if we are that low on food and drink?

I'd just as soon not go back to town until A) we've got this place taken care of or B) we don't have a meaningful alternative. Depending on how much food Aakif has and his willingness to share (which I'm guessing is fairly high, paladin and all) we may be able to get through this on what he's got on him.

I have a Pathfinder's Kit, which includes a week's trail rations. I don't have Create Water, though, which means I only have a half-gallon of water.

Sounds like I can feed us for a day, but maybe water is a different problem.

Ok, so it seems like we are leaning toward spending the night in the rooms offered by Maligast. If there is no objection I will progress things with a post tonight working on that assumption.
