Speaking of, I will be out of town 3/21 to 3/24, and then again 3/28 to 4/1. Going to Juarez, Mexico!

I appreciate the sentiment but I am certain that over the course of this adventure I will roll enough low numbers for all of us. My poor Eladrin bard from a previous game rarely rolled high enough to hit anything and that was properly equipped and level 7.

Just cast save or suck spells. Then I have to do all of the rolling.

Ahh but the dice roller is a fickle and capricious god who knows that I am just trying to shift the bad luck or use it to my advantage and knowing that will ensure you roll high on your saves. No it is more a matter of riding it out and working with what comes regardless of what the dice roller finds as funny. A good example of this is how the possibly not necessary use magic device roll was a good one because it is not crucial. Later it will get back at me when I really need a good roll. ^_^

My spring break involves conferences, committee meetings, and planning. I don't get a vacation, except from students. Grading 300 mid-terms was painful, but I turned in my grades on time, so that's why I've been online more often. In between my ghastly duties, I get to play around on this site.

I just rolled a nat 20 on a Craft (Winemaking) roll in one of my other games. I can relate.
