Spider got surprise, then everyone gets their surprise turn, which Kazgar and Kat have taken.

Braxious shakes his head as if in a dream, realizing what is going on, he takes to the air, ready to swoop down and attack a spider once it reveals itself.

The group was somewhat spread out. Kazgar is the only one who has moved to Kat's side. Where is everyone else in relation to her, and take that distance into account when you move (its difficult terrain, so half speed).

Brax should be 20 feet in the air near where Kazar started at. If that is the case, Brax will swoop down and next to the spider assisting Kazar with his sword.
