Posting interest at this moment and will give your world lore a quick read over.
I do have one question, are [Heritage] The Mu playable?

Unfortunately not. There is currently no structure to allow Mu to be playable in Pathfinder 2e. I originally designed the Mu as 'Fine'-sized creatures, which was a size category in D&D 3.5 denoting any creature smaller than 6 inches (or less than 15 cm). PF2e and D&D 5e just lump everything smaller than 'Small' into 'Tiny', and I don't think that is meant to function for creatures that are, effectively, palm-sized. Or, rather, it shouldn't, at least in my opinion.

This being my first foray into PF2e, too, I have no inclination to attempt to stat out playable traits for something that small either, so unfortunately, Mu are unplayable for now.

I added an addendum to my application under a spoiler button so as to not extend the wall of text. The only adjustment I made to the original text was changing the timeline a little bit.

Miss Fillian
right-aligned image

Fillian

Ancestry Class Bloodline Background
Human Sorceress Water Ward

Description: Fillian is a slight and refined woman, with long blonde hair and graceful features. And, despite living in Ashrim from most of her life, her tongue still carries a faint Gholic accent from childhood. Fillian commonly wears a white blouse and pale cloak over high-waisted trousers, giving her a rather soft and pure look, with just a dash of reliability.

Personality: Fillian is a meticulous and passionate person, with a love for high culture and aesthetic. In the worst scenarios, her passion make her rather obstinate and idealistic, but, as someone who has lost much, Fillian is not fond of losing.

Backstory: Nearly twenty years ago, a series of raids and battles peppered Lenore; the work of a Gholic upstart who had stoked several tribes into open war with the western provinces. It lasted all of a year until the renegade leader was defeated, but with the death count that came, and the vitriol, proper terms of surrender had to be made. Terms that would ensure such a thing did not happen again.

The solution was to take certain children from these tribes as hostages, 'wards' to be taken care of by the Lenoran nobility... and put to the knife if more attacks came.

Fillian was one of these children.

Leaving her homeland for the estate of Ashrim nobles, Fillian's free yet harrowing life as a nomad was replaced with a life of refinement and subservience. Most of her teenage years were spent under the tutelage of Lady Thalin and her staff. She was preened and corrected until the only thing left of her Gholic roots was a hint on her tongue.

For a brief period, Fillian became Lenoran in all but blood. Members of Ashrim nobility began lauding her as a symbol of their values. And she enjoyed it. But her days as a political pawn would soon come to an end. Hers was the blood of the Salt Sea and their blessing of water could not be washed away.

The first time she noticed it was during a particularly heated argument with the young lord. As they shouted at each other in the snow, a snowflake passed Daide's cheek and sliced it open. Soon, she found that water would shift if she willed it. And as she tried more, she found she could simply wash her aches and pains away in a basin.

When the Thalins learned of her magic, they weren't quite sure what to do with her. She wasn't dangerous, but this Ghol magic had tainted her value as a political prop. Instead, Lord Thalin chose to slide her under the rug, leaving Fillian to live a quiet life among the villagers.

It took some time for her to get used to living among them. But, as time passed, Fillian came to enjoy her freedom. She embraced her old pastime of art and learned how to use her blessing to make due as a healer. Nowadays, Fillian holds a small level of celebrity among the village. In her manner, her tranquil magic, and in her passionate pursuit of art, she is a balm to the soul.

But, to herself, she wants much more. Twice her life has been taken from her. And with the Thalin's silence, she knows neither will be returned to her if she does nothing.

Contacts

Daide Thalin: The son and heir of the Thalin estate. Daide's brash nature and penchant for boyish tomfoolery have earned him a poor reputation with many; especially those of refined and educated tastes. Because of this, many still call him "Young Daide" behind his back. While he and Fillian had no end of quarrels in their youth, Daide doesn't particularly care about politics and treats her as he always has.

Ingan Cod: A local wastrel. Ingan is an old man who lives in a tent near the village, who spends his days fishing, foraging, and drinking. Despite his poverty, Ingan Cod is a very happy man and enjoys waxing philosophical and poetic. Fillian has spent a surprising amount of time with Ingan discussing life and leaves. A rather anxious woman, Fillian finds relief in the old man since he is anything but.

9 applications and several more shows of interest. I'm flattered, and it seems as though we're trending towards my upper limit for a player pool. We have just over a week left, so I would recommend anyone who is still on the fence get an application in at some point within the next 3-4 days. It doesn't necessarily need to be finished immediately, but once we reach a certain number of applicants (around 15 or 17), I'll likely close off submissions for new ones.

Used to play Pathfinder 1e a while ago, but never tried the 2e, thought I'd give it a shot! Feedback is always welcome!

Skrittle Snips
right-aligned image
Name: Skrittle Snips
Ancestry: Goblin
Class: Rogue (Thief)
Background: Street Urchin

Backstory:

The Turnabout Tavern was quieter than usual tonight, the warm glow of the lanterns casting long shadows across the wooden walls. Skrittle Snips sat hunched over the bar, his fingers curled around a half-empty tankard. He wasn't drinking much, just holding it, turning it absent-mindedly in his hands as if deep in thought. His hood was drawn up, hiding most of his face, but the barkeep could still see the nervous way his yellow eyes flicked towards the door whenever it creaked.

Skrittle let out a long, slow breath, shaking his head, his hood moving slightly back as he did to reveal a bit more of his face. "I ain't got long, so... might as well tell someone, yeah? Just in case."

His fingers twitched, drumming a restless rhythm against the bar. His other hand rested on the hilt of his dagger - Biter - as if he expected to need to use it at any moment. "See, I weren't nobody special. Just another street rat in Everwind City, fightin' for scraps. Grew up in the alleys, in the gutters, where folks don't ook down unless they're kickin' ya aside. Learned real quick that beggin' gets ya nothin', but takin' ... takin' keeps ya fed. So that's what I did." He let out a small, humourless chuckle, shaking his head. Started small. Purses, trinkets, shiny buttons. Dunno why, but I always liked 'em. Somethin' about how they catch the light, how they feel in yer hand. Collected 'em, still do. Maybe it was just somethin' I could hold on to, somethin' that wasn't gonna be taken away.

His grip on the mug tightened, and he gazed deep into its contents, his eyes slightly unfocused as he continued. "But ya take too much, get too good at it, and people start noticin'." Skrittle licked his lips, his eyes coming into focus as they darted once more toward the tavern entrance. "There was this man. Fancy lookin', real rich, real important. Thought he was just another mark, see? Just another coin purse hangin' too loose. So I help meself." He swallowed hard, lowering his voice. "But he weren't just some noble. Weren't just some merchant. He was a Bloody Barber." He barely whispered out the last two words, as if afraid that saying them out loud might summon something from out of the shadows.

"They don't forgive, barkeep. You steal from them, and you don't get a second chance. But, instead of killin' me right there, this one ... he smiles. Says I got talent. Says I could be useful." Skrittle let out another hollow laugh. "So I did what I had to do. Learned their tricks. Learned how to make peple disappear, how to slip through locked doors like they weren't there, how to slice a throat without makin' a sound. Did things I ain't proud of, things I don't even wanna remember." His hand moved to Biter and clenched around it, knuckles turned white. "But I was never one of 'em. Just a tool, just a blade to be used. And I knew, one day, that blade was gonna be turned around on me."

He swallowed hard, staring back into his drink. "So I ran. And I took somethin' on the way out. Not just coin, somethin' else. Somethin' I can't even said out loud, but somethin' big. I don't even know what it is, not really, so I hid it. But they want it back. And they want me dead."

His voice dropped to a whisper. "I can feel 'em closin' in, barkeep. They ain't quick about it. They like to play. Make ya sweat. Make ya know they're comin' before the knife finds ya." He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small, polished brass button, and rubbed it between his fingers like a nervous tic. "I keep movin', but it don't matter. They always find ya in the end."

He looked up then, finally meeting the gaze of the barkeep. The grin that usually spanned his face was gone. "So... if someone comes askin' 'bout a goblin named Skrittle Snips?" He flipped the button onto the bar with a soft clink, and reached into his coin pouch, tossing a few additional coins on the bar. "You ain't never met me."

Personal Contacts: Tevi Merano - A half-elf fence, Tevi runs a discreet pawn shop in the merchant district of Everwind City, dealing in antiques and 'misplaced' valuables. She took a liking to Skrittle after he proved himself to be a reliable source of high-quality loot. Tough she keeps her dealings professional, she sees Skrittle as a younger brother and warns him against taking unnecessary risks. It was her that helped prepare him and smuggled him out of the city.

Big Rukk - A hobgoblin bounty hunter, Big Rukk was once a street urchin like Skrittle. He now operates as a hired blade for the highest bidder. Rukk and Skrittle were once childhood partners in crime before Rukk found a more 'respectable' line of work. Now Rukk has been hired by the Bloody Barbers to hunt down Skrittle. Despite this, the history is still there and there's a strange sense of loyalty between them. Rukk still finds himself conflicted as to whether he will betray Skrittle or join him.

Vespera
right-aligned image
Name: Vespera Lumense
Ancestry: Human
Class: Oracle (Cosmos Mystery)
Background: Ward

Every quiet out-of-the-way hamlet has its little secrets. Some twenty years ago, answering a seemingly mundane noise complaint in a little house on the town's edge, law enforcers found a bone-chilling sight. There were strange sigils carved into the walls like a map of deadly stars, disturbing stains on the floor, and the couple that owned the place had vanished without a trace... And in the middle of it all was their daughter, only a toddler, sleeping peacefully amidst the carnage.

The affair was quietly discarded, all occult ties scrubbed from discussions of their disappearances. They'd skipped town for any number of oridinary, boring reasons. And the little girl was given to a local merchant family, the Lumenses, to raise as though nothing out-of-the-ordinary had ever happened.

It was apparent from the start that Vespera was a bit odd. The hems of her dresses seemed to float unnaturally, as though caught in zero-gravity, her eyes were as dark as midnight skies, and lights would suddenly flare or flicker when she entered a room... But still, she was only a child, and a very sweet one at that. She loved to stay up late at night and admire the stars, but who's to say that has anything to do with the ritual at all?

For her part, Vespera knows nothing of her true family. However, that doesn't mean she isn't curious about the source of her powers. She spends much of her time rummaging in old archives, searching for clues as how to control them, or hone them into something finer. And sometimes, she feels something calling her, something in the dark beyond her little village, but with all the strange noises coming from the outside, she hasn't felt confident in doing so...

Contacts:
Laney: The Lumense's biological daughter. She's a few years younger than Vespera, but was the one to inherit the family's trade center. Far more of a social butterfly than Vespera, she's usually the one to drag her outside (in the daytime, at least) for some much-needed sunlight and social interaction. Their upbringing naturally pitted the eldest and the favorite against each other, but for the most part, they've grown past that. They're cordial to each other, and Vespera considers her sister to be her best friend, but Laney still slips in a few pointed remarks about her reclusive lifestyle and meddling with her mysterious powers.

Kamoran: An old dwarf, and the village's local fortune teller and crystal healer. Not many believe she has any magical ability at all, and write her off as a con artist, but Vespera has always felt something of a connection with her. While they're aligned with differing planes - Kamoran to Earth and Vespera to the void - they both bond over their fascinations with the mystical and their general lack of other connections. Vespera has known Kamoran since she was a child, and views her as something of a maternal figure.

Just staking out a spot, though I'm busy this weekend so it'll be a few days before I can work on finishing my application.

Edit: Okay, let's call this complete, modulo edits to incorporate feedback.

Basic Information
left-aligned image

Name: Mitzi Metsuri

Ancestry: Evoresian Human

Background: Laborer (Logger)

Class: Kineticist (single gate - wood)

Backstory
This is not the life she wanted.

As a child, Mitzi dreamed of going to the academy, to become like the wise elders and learned wizards she so admired, but she had not the talent, nor could her impoverished family afford such an extravagance. Instead, she helped support her family as best she could, gathering wood and dung for fuel and sale. When her father was injured, she was sent out in his stead, earning coin through sweating brow, enduring muscles, and aching bones. For well over a dozen long years she toiled dutifully as a woodcutter, content to send her wages back to her worsening parents—but not content.

Not that her own happiness mattered. She was, at least in her parents’ eyes, an ideal daughter—quiet, obedient, helpful, and devoted. In the solitary woods she developed a habit of talking to herself and the plants and the trees, and that was enough, because it had to be. But the money wasn’t enough, not with her parents’ failing health and mounting expenses. And so, when a druid mistook her for a lost acolyte and showed her an ancient grove of duskwood trees, she took her chance. And chance was cruel, for only after the valuable trees were felled did she learn that living duskwood blossoms were the cure that would’ve saved her parents’ lives.

Mitzi wanted to scream. But she couldn’t. She did, however, pray herself dry to the Court of Ashes, and then to any other gods who might listen, searching for meaning and solace. Surprisingly, one answered, granting her an incredible and undeserved power: a portal she could open at will, to a seemingly never-ending supply of twigs and logs and trees from distant forests in space or time. This gift brought neither meaning nor solace, but spurred her to venture forth in a quest for both.

Personal Contacts
Beggar, madman, visionary—Nub is all of these, but to Mitzi, who visits him whenever in town, and spares what coppers she can, he is mostly a harmless friend. Cursed with glimpses of forgotten pasts and distant futures, Nub introduced Mitzi to his primeval goddess and suggested that she pray to her for help … and it may be that Vlazca answered.

Flynsa Wyldgard is a proud druid charged with the protection of sacred groves. She was befriended by Mitzi under false pretenses, and tricked into revealing the duskwood trees that the logger later ruthlessly chopped down. But it is not only this treachery that incenses her. What infuriates her most of all is that the gods have somehow seen fit to reward this traitor—this undeserving woodcutter—with sacred powers that should be reserved exclusively for her order. The once stoic steward is now consumed by envy and wrath.

Garond Stonearm is the gruff but protective leader of the local lumber consortium. He’s had good relations with Mitzi, due to her dutiful work ethic and productivity, and some might even consider them friends, though surrogate father-daughter is probably a more apt description. But he’s disappointed and troubled by her departure—it’s one thing to lose a good axe, but it’s quite another when that axe is capable of conjuring wood out of thin air. He worries about losing his business—what if she eventually learns how to meet the town’s lumber needs on her own, or worse, is taken advantage of by some rival? No—she will either work for him, or she won’t work at all.

I'm very familiar with PF1E but I've never played PF2E; in fact I need to go re-read some creation rules on top of your world lore.

I have edited Fillian's app a bit. Mostly just rewording it and adding a few details here and there.

If you have the time, I'd be welcome to feedback.

@Everyone

Also, for those of you who are interested in learning a bit more about the lore, I've started writing up a dedicated post for Ashrim, the nation that the game takes place in. You can find it in the World Lore section listed in the first post. Please note that this is a work in progress and still being added to, however, but it should start to give you more of an idea of what kind of place you be starting off in.
