Beats a 19 intimidate check? So he has hd+wis mod>9? What would such a person be doing bartending, and why wouldn't he be able to easily annihilate a few dozen bandits? I won't back down, Maz will die if he is that powerful, but that is my lot in life. Hard to play a convincing bad guy if you are always giving in.

How much do we know about each other? Would the rest of us, or some of the rest of us, know about the other's exploits? Would the other's know about Dekor's mercenary history, or Maz's imprisonment?

Sorry everyone, I've been pretty sick the past few days (today included) and haven't felt like doing much of anything. Will try to get a post up today sometime/tonight.

As far as reputations...

Rego would be known to anyone in the lower levels as the best healer in the district, Alethea has been good at avoiding a reputation (if she had one, after all, she'd suck at her job), Dekor is known to those with money as someone who gets the job done in a "no-questions-asked" sort of way, Maia has a reputation amongst the magical community as an idealistic pariah with differing views than the norm on magical philosophy, and Mazgurg... well, he's been kept well under wraps and covered up, but there have been rumors of such a ruthless half-orc wreaking vengeful havoc in the lower districts, and as the son of a well-known (and not much liked) Orc has a negative reputation among Orc-kin. Plus he doesn't really need a reputation to prove his worth thanks to that crazy Intimidate rank :P
