Hello all. Just back from vacation so will need a bit get caught up and build out character sheet. Late work day today so won’t get a start on this until late evening. EST. Excited!

Could we sort of rewind and take some time through the process of getting here? Are either of us hurt? We have been pming each other to come up with survival plan and we have some options we have been kicking around.

Please let me know if you see anything wrong on character sheet, I went over each little thing because I switched some abilities around a couple times (started strength for the heavy armor but then did not like the movement and stealth penalties). I think she starts with splint or chain but she cannot wear those too heavy. So, I am not sure what armor she would have right now. This is my last issue to resolve.

Let's say slightly injured. I'll have you each roll 2d8. That's how much damage you took in the chase and have taken so far in the circle of Frostfangs. They've got you penned in, but you're by no means down for the count.

Just a heads up for you guys - it was my wife and I's 1 year anniversary yesterday, I have a mini-bachelor party on Wednesday, Halloween on Thursday, and a close friend's wedding on Friday. That means not a whole lot of free time. It's entirely possible I don't get character sheets reviewed + combat set up + a new post up until this weekend.

I hope we can hang on for a couplefew rounds before you all can reach us.

Galmath/Ungalu/Uthal group, I'm going to assume you've approached the Stormwatchers/Frost Fangs, but that you've attempting to remain unseen. Let me know if that's incorrect.

That is correct, though Ungalu would have probably stayed further back than the two warriors.

Also correct, though Uthal is going to use Misty Step for the last 30', so he doesn't need to sneak as far as the others.

(which is good, because he's just awful at sneaking :P)

I get from a meta perspective who our new companions are and that we are here to save them. But can you give me an in-game reason how we know we are supposed to save them other than they are horrendously outnumbered? Galmath may be a barbarian, but he isn't stupid. Nor would he just wade into combat with a whole bunch of unknown foes without having a solid reason.

Ungalu considers the Frostfang warriors his enemies, since they are doing the bidding of the dragon, and the two trapped individuals are clearly the Frostfangs’ enemies, which makes them the champions’ potential allies.
