Most frustrating moment i loved as a DM.

When i was a DM at The Callhill, i had put a lot of effort into my first big battle. The fight had a good map, different waves of threats, and at the time, i felt like it was a difficult fight for my players. Was pretty pleased with myself.

And then, it was my players turns...

Ranged attacks with excellent rolls taking out all the fodder with ease. Far too much ease. So i had to adjust, and throw in a high CR monster to bring the fear of the Gods to my players. Freaking creed (PoTM July winner creed) goes and does a strength check, with a near perfect roll, and pushes my monster OFF THE DAMN BRIDGE! No fight, just YEET bye!

I was in complete shock. I had not expected that at all. Hell, just thinking on it right now, i feel like laughing, because it was just so damn awesome. It's got to be my most memorable moment as a DM on rpgx. Just pushes the damn thing off... Really? Geez...

Well played my friend.

There was a guy I played with off and on for a number of years who was just obsessed with making this happen. If there was a way to build around bull rush, shove, reposition, or whatever other forced movement was on the menu for the day, he was your huckleberry.

The only specific encounter that I remember clearly was from our brief foray into D&D 4E, where his spear-toting minotaur tossed most of a room full of goblins one at a time into the room's gigantic 10'-wide forge. I don't know if our DM for that game was amused, but the player sure was.
