Ultimately doesn't it always come down to rolls? But the law of averages always plays into the characters' hands, in my opinion.

I was going to peruse new game types, now that my star wars character is nearly complete . Is there a public pdf somewhere where we can look over the core rules and character types forctop secret, or cheap to but ok too?
