Hey Anodyzed, I know from experience that one of the most challenging things about DMing on a PbP site is trying to figure out where everyone is at on the map. One suggestion that has worked for me in the past, I put a letter-number grid on my maps corresponding to the squares and then people could just say, "I'm moving to D5" or whatever. Helped me track them easier and helped them report their movements more clearly. Just a thought if it helps.

That would hep a lot. Other games use ditzie or roll20 or even just google docs, which works well.
