As for useful languages, most of the planar tongues can come in useful, check out Planescape material for suggestions and when I'm home at books I'll let you know.

I'm afraid you won't find reprieve from being bombarded with questions just yet.

Do specialists get the 5 additional school spells that they would have got from levelling up from 1 to 6 on top of the number of starting spells you indicated?

What's the verdict in the matter of the pseudodragon familiar?

Specialists get the 1 per spell level in addition to the starting spells I outlined, but you don't get 1 per character level only 1 per spell level. So you would have 1 extra spell of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th if applicable.

Pseudodragon is fine for a familiar. Roll for it's hit points (2 hit dice I believe so 2d8) and if it is less than half (9) then raise it to half.

Do priests have to memorize spells to cast? If so, can we do spontaneous healing spells?

I don't know if we'll get this far, but are you using ability reqs for casting high level spells (17 and 18 for 6th and 7th level respectively)?

Yes they do, and yes I'm going to port spontaneous casting in.

Yes, both priests and mages have ability requirements for high level spells, but the chances of us getting that high are low. This is a lower level adventure and I doubt even completing every part of it we would hit 11th level.

Is the Chaos shaping proficiency okay? I figure Mistral probably ran errands to Limbo at least once (it is right next to the Takers' base on Ysgard), and if anyone is going to be an anarch, it's probably going to be a wild mage - I don't know if we'll ever *go* to Limbo, but the proficiency is so cool!

20k/20k should put you at 5 ranger/5 cleric. 6 ranger is 36k and 6 cleric is 27.5k.

1. Normal, nonmagical equipment you can have pretty much anything in the PHB equipment list, plus non-magical weapon and armor if desired. If it's something really expensive or rare ask first. After picking mundane equipment everyone gets 5d4x10gp worth of free coin and a few magical items.

As for magic items I want y'all to make a list of anything y'all want, then I'm going to do what other DMs I've liked in 2e have done and random you up some items, given the nature of the planes permanent +x magical items aren't a great investment so you will probably get more useable things mixed in to +x weapons and armor like potions, wondrous items, etc.

2. I'm not using the 1e Oriental Adventures martial art rules, but if you want to use martial arts as described in the Complete Fighter's Handbook that's fine.
