I'm not sure if this is allowed, but don't see anything specifically against it, so here goes. For round 0 - anybody who wants advice can ask over at Player Support. We've got folks who can help with almost anything you've got a question about, be it writing, mechanics or character development.

Just glad that the rules didn't change. Would have been a pain in the butt if the decision was made to change us to level 5.

I'll agree with this suggestion on the condition that you try to keep things as vague as possible for your character, being anonymous this year. If you go over to Player Support and ask some very detailed question, anyone who sees it will know your character, which defeats the purpose of anonymous apps.

Question - Is it okay to submit characters in more then one bracket? If so, is there a cap?

I notice that the site's SRD for 3.5e is a little lacking outside of the base stuff. Just to be sure, the Complete <insert term here> series and the Dragon Compendium are legal as WotC official sources, correct?

Ah, but in the past, since they were not available to everyone freely and legally, then they weren't allowed in the game. I believe that still stands.

As per the second post in the rules thread:

Applying to Multiple Systems: You must choose one primary application. If you wish to have a backup (for if your bracket does not end up running), feel free to apply to more than one, but clearly specify your primary choice.
