[Information] Colmoray

Colmoray is a small fortified fishing village perched on the very western edge of Khorvaire. It lies a little south of the town of Skairn, and is as independent as it's possible to be. Though Prince Rhyger nominally claims this stretch of coast, Skairn is the only place his fleet ever visit - and Colmoray pay him no fealty or taxes, looking after themselves and each other as they have for generations. One reason for the success of the village is that the weather is unusually good in the vicinity of the bay, rarely do storms threaten it, and as a consequence the fishing is safer and more successful here than in most places along the coast.

Recently however (in the last week or two) the weather has deteriorated sharply, all but closing the bay off to incoming or outgoing shipping - one reason a number of you are here. The ruling council - the Town Fathers - are concerned, but in private (but since almost everyone in the village knows everyone else, private is a relative term...)

There is only one tavern in town, Seamus', and one shop - the Old Captain's.
