I totally intend to go all girly with your character Still_Pond. Expect hair braiding sessions around the camp fire, and to wake up with pink ribbons tied around your weapons.

If this group had a regular town we returned to for equipment I can totally see people spotting us and going 'Oh! Teja is back' and going to unhinge and store the doors in their closets for the duration, just in case.

So, Teja would probably just charge in, but I'm tempted to contrive for her to not do that. She is experienced with violence, so she might be a bit smarter about it. The doorway is a bottle neck, and we could maybe focus fire on whoever is charging out of it. If Teja charges in, the focus fire would be on her. I'm guessing the guy in he back is a caster or other ranged baddie. So, just wanted strategy opinions from you all before I post. I'll roll Initiative here, just so I don't have to post twice.

I will, I just wanted to check with my fellow players before I just charge blindly forward. What would my character do? Hard to say, it sort of depends on who goes first and what they do. So I'm getting a feel for where the minds of my allies are. You know, strategicgating.

Heh, your comment here pretty much gives me the insight that -I- was waiting for. Basically the door gets kicked in, the monsters get ready to charge and we... pause. Waiting for the others to act.

+1 morale bonus on attack rolls and on saving throws against fear effects, from the little scaley dude. Just about all I can do while out of sight of most of the room around the corner of the door - a position Kirrick rather likes, at present.

Actually in Pathfinder the bards bonus to attack and damage is a competence bonus, I think entirely so we can do this.

Inspire Courage (Su): A 1st level bard can use his performance to inspire courage in his allies (including himself), bolstering them against fear and improving their combat abilities. To be affected, an ally must be able to perceive the bard’s performance. An affected ally receives a +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls. At 5th level, and every six bard levels thereafter, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +4 at 17th level. Inspire courage is a mind-affecting ability. inspire courage can use audible or visual components. The bard must choose which component to use when starting his performance.

Mor: Specify a square of the wall to attack, if you don't mind. The way it works is that each square has it's own(tiny) bit of HP, and any overkill damage spreads to the nearby squares(possibly bringing them down too). You do not get a cookie for bringing it all down in a single chain reaction.
