I'm having trouble with feats and spells.
Feats because I just haven't given enough thought to them; and spells because there aren't enough of them for a sorcerer at the moment. ![]() |

Two traits, from what it seems.
Only the most attractive person in the group can be charming, and that is most definitely my character <3. I kid, I kid, but it's pretty awesome. Feats and Money always come last for me Aosaw. I just can't find enough stuff I want to spend money on without going over my poor 20lb carrying limit. ![]()

Feats are selected. You may be gorgeous, Silverbreeze, but I'll have you in your undergarments before you realize I'm a hobbit.
![]() (true, mostly that's because of the Charm spell, but I'll take what I can get). But no, Heilan's ace in the hole is Spellcraft. Don't let him get close enough to cast Ray of Disintegration, let me tell you! |

And the ball is rolling! In more than one sense...
Just a few questions about the masquerade - I'm imagining we will be leaving behind the majority of our equipment, but are a few subtle things (daggers, mainly) permissible? What kind of rules are given to us, and are they at all enforced somehow? Is it permissible to find out who people are, reveal your own identity, etc? |

One of the benefits to being a lady is always getting to have your purse if you want it. :P
Shiari just has her little shoulder bag. It's more like a small case that she keeps on a strap, maybe slightly bigger than a wallet. Has two little vials in it, a small roll of bandage, and a little money. She's used to carrying it around for emergencies. Unfortunately, I have no tin foil. Crap. We'll just have to improvise.

@Silverbreeze: So, I possibly feel like a jerk now. Criticizing the length of an application to only go and have my first two posts in the game be ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE; however, I assure you it's all about setting the stage. Or something. I'm allowed to be a hypocrite because I admit I'm one. And I say so.
![]() Also, nice work with the man. I like being given bits that I can possibly dredge up later or forget about entirely. It gives me options which are always so much fun! @Aosaw: I have no clue what Eden was supposed to look like or even what race she was supposed to be because your post was vague on this issue. I love that by the way. Now Eden gets to be a human female with black hair, an attitude, and a dress that breathes fire. Your babies will be the most amazing things ever! ![]() Seriously though, I hope I didn't do (or will do) anything to butcher her too much. I possibly should of ok'ed the fact I was just going to play her as I liked (which may be nothing like she is). @Dragonsnack: I am fairly certain that I got your last post right (you asked some random noble person a question). I read your post several times to try and make sure I was getting that right. I wanted to play with it a little because it seemed like fun. @Everyone: Nice job on these first posts. I was given lots to play with even if I didn't mention specifics (I still love you Grazzt and Tyger). I also am going to try to be less long-winded, I promise. Also, if you were looking forward to playing around with the party blame Aosaw. He took the bait for "initiate GM plot device here" trap and set the rest of the evening into motion. Don't worry; though, plenty of interesting things will happen during the evening. You might see a pirate ![]() ![]() ![]() I kid, I kid.

In the book, she's actually a half-halfling - her mother was a Tinyfolk, but her father was human. She is also (unbeknownst to her) the last surviving heir to the throne of a lost kingdom. That's in the book, though, and that part of the story doesn't intersect with Heilan's until after she's dead, so it doesn't have to come up here either. |

Sounds good to me.
Let's hope Heilan survives long enough to talk to her! ![]() |
