Well, Appraise does have some uses for identification, though it's only really useful for a character who needs it(like Alchemists scrounging for rare components).

That would work. Make it "These are 4 social skills. Pick 2." In case you couldn't tell, the last Alomaria game I ran was a standard adventure, where those would be useful.

The DC version stacks with Spell Focus, and is essentially a free copy of it. The save version was me thinking up what would be best for a non-caster(as they couldn't give a flip about Spell DC), and I settled on a racial ability from the core races.

In Pathfinder, the only penalty for putting ranks in non-class skills is that you don't get the +3 bonus. So you can still use them if you want.

Also, pardon me for only saying so now Grazzt, but what source are you using for soulknife? the only one I am immediately familiar with is the DnD one, but your class abilities seem off. Most notably

you have two weapon fighting instead of weapon focus
you have throw mindblade (a level 2 ability)
and first level bab is +0, not +1
shape mind blade is level 5
and I dont see "form mind blade" as an ability

additional information as to these circumstances I was either not privy to, or simply too ignorant to notice. (im gonna bet on ignorance, as no one else seemed to say anything)

Just checking: are the different colours different languages, or is everyone just picking special colours to differentiate their speech and thoughts?

Just character differentiation so far, there was no mention of different languages being spoken in Zenith/Alomaria. If I'm wrong, I'll be happy to edit my posts back to default text colour. *sniff*
