Ok, I'm an idiot. I posted then went back in to correct some spelling (mispselled Aeternus a few times) and accidentally deleted a chunk of my post. I corrected this by copy pasting from the word document that I do most of my writing in. Of course the roll was in that section. Regardless of which I failed the original roll with an 11 total. I'm really sorry and didn't mean to do that.

I blame my fingers and they will be punished for this.

I believe you did mention it. She just doesn't believe that you're telepathically talking to her, since she's easily within earshot. Her reply confirms that she can hear him.

As far as the TPK possibility I always carry with me an In-Case-Of-TPK new character waiting in the wings. But I hope it doesn't come to that as I like the mix of characters we have currently.
