I prefer the stealthing with guile as a backup. The whole firebombing the keep thing can wait until the entire place is cleared as it's meant to cover up our involvement/escape. Depending on how much longer folks want to be in the keep, we could set it all up and move/hide the bodies before we visit the warden.
@Mad: Did Grumbles get a weapon from the armory? I think Lucius asked/offered at some point.
