Jakob is cheap muscle, willing to do violence for anyone who can pay. He hates what he does, and what it's done to him.

THIRTY YEARS AGO: One punch, just one, and the man dropped like a stone; neck broken, skull shattered. The Hammerhand pulled his opponent's blade out from between his ribs, held it up so the crowd could see it, and snapped it in half as they roared their approval.

FIFTEEN YEARS AGO: "I want you to make an example of him," Molitor said, "I want you to break the old bastard, show him what happens when you try to screw Morgan Molitor out of what's owed him!"

THREE MONTHS AGO: Jakob drank it down and felt the strength rush through him. He was young again...better than young, he was Hammerhand, dammit...and the door splintered at his touch.

*ahem* Anyway! Jakob is pretty much done, although we need to figure out his campaign trait. I'm feeling a little clueless right now, but I'll give the matter some deep thought and se what comes to me.

Ok let's see.

Faded Glory. Your days in the ring may be over, but the stories will live forever. +3 to social skills when interacting with people in drinking establishments.

Roid Rage. +2 damage when under the effects of a mutagen.

Possibly a little funnier than well-considered but I guess that says a lot about my mood today.

Roid Rage is a LOT more likely to see use, but Faded Glory appeals...even though Jakob's only actual social skill is Intimidate, and even there his low Charisma hurts him a bit.

He's lost a lot of confidence since his glory days.
