The new shiny error page, it's really nice and the Lady's art work is as humorous as ever. It's just a real shame the link with her name on it points one to a site that is will be in an error state i.e. DnDOnlineGames.

Not pretty, but theres the map numbered.

The two thick double doors enclose the room that Allen was gassed in. The door to that area is only wedged open far enough to let an armored man squeeze through (pixie can get through easily, but not fly through).

The area straght up is the room you just explored (I didn't clear it yet).

Wow, happy belated Year 5 everyone. Earthen Works has been running for 5 years as of a few months ago, but the first public/group RP thread started at the end of December in 2004.

We've had a lot of comings and goings (character deaths, character fades, etc), and only have one of the original characters (unless Krowout decides to join again - his character is still in Colorado Springs). I have a number of areas and metaplots designed from where you are all the way to the east coast, and I want to keep this going so you can see/experience them. Lets keeps this baby going.

Ok, I am implementing a new rule to keep combat (the slowest part of PbP) moving so we don't get stuck. It is documented in Houserules, and will be added to all of my games for those who are in them:

Posting during Initiative:
You will have 24 hours from my post (not including weekends or holidays) announcing the round to post your action. If you have not posted by then I will NPC you for the round, which will usually be either full defense (most common) or full attack (if in rage/frenzy/etc). If you know you will not be able to post, then tell me what you want them to do ahead of time.
