The mention of Luke changes things. "And what did Luke before you leap, do to you?" Tommy inquired, calmly but with murder in his eyes. There was something that definitely happened. Something that he was not privy to. Something at the pool party.

Tommy looks impassively as Ashraqat makes her promise. Anyone can make a promise, and he really hopes she keeps it. It would be unfortunate if he would have to hex her. A part of him felt he should have, to make point. Tommy nods his assent to her promise, just wanting this interaction to be over, and hope to never have to speak with her. Quinn didn’t really get it, he would have felt just as violated by a break in by her, but Ashraqat had beaten her to the punch. It could have been anyone really.
Raised an eyebrow as Quinn joins the Luke apologist tour. Apparently he was a better liar than Tommy gave him credit for. Luke was a thug so in love with violence, if violence was a band, he would be the groupie passed around by the band members. It was a choice for him to stay amongst humans. Luke could have chosen to run away to nature, but he didn’t. Quinn payed the price for that. Tommy didn’t argue though. Quinn offers him a token. "I think that’s sensible of you. We’ll need to talk about what happened tonight." She mentions telling Ashraqat about what he’s doing might be a good thing. His response is blunt and to the point. "She already knows too much." Quinn leaves him to talk to Ashraqat. Apparently they’ve somehow gotten closer in the time between when she left his house and him arriving here. Small prang of jealousy is felt, but he puts any possibility of anything happening between him and Quinn in a mental box, stowed away in the recesses of the vault of his mind. Better this way. Less complications. Tommy tries to leave the ballpark.
