armor and weapons: a max of +3 magic for 9,000gold can be obtained.. only a +1 to hit/damage is allowed for stats: and two additional enhancements of +1 each may be acquired, as well as special abilities that are added for a flat gold fee, but confirm approval for each purchased ability...
so what were you wanting to add to your armor other than the base +1 mandatory to further enhance armor?

Hey guys,

I've been reading along and like all your ideas. I'm most of the way through Aribel's background and will hopefully get it posted later today. As for her personality, I'm thinking a dash of Matt Cauthon (from the Wheel of Time series) and a pinch of Aragorn. She's amazed people think that she's a hero, despite what she sees as all her efforts to the contrary. She grumbles about it in half-jest. In reality she is a natural leader who inspires those around her to shine and be their best. Just don't give her an official rank or make her do paperwork, though, or she might get suspicious or even ride away on the next breeze.

She values loyal friendship above all else. Her friendship is hard to earn and, once gained, even harder to lose. She hates hypocrisy, and she dislikes people who subvert good causes to further their own personal goals. She might be guilty of both these things on occasion, actually. Not that she'd ever admit it to herself.

Aribel is a scholar, survivalist, and feisty champion of the Sovereign Host. She claims all the Host as her gods, and figures she knows how best to serve them. After all, they're probably too busy to know every little detail of a situation - not really fit to tell Aribel her own business, when you come right down to it.

amber amulet of vermin is fine... I understand this is a one-shot item, destroyed upon use. anything contrary is a no.

ring is too OP for the limits of E6 IMO-- no
handy haversack is good

perma glue + universal solvent and feather token: Tree have proven ridiculously useful to me in campaigns, though they are not permanent items.

y'know.. that boat instead be a token glider for safe falling...

and with the lack of shifters and warforged... I can make them nightmarish stat beasts without having to justify it later.. so I'm content with that.
like, jet-packed warforge dungeon crashers punching holes in the hull of the ship, tearing sleeping crew to ribbons for a round or two before diving off into darkness could be fun.
