Do what I do and just roleplay and if there's a numerical issue someone will point it out. I am sure most are focused on that rather than seconds, minutes etc

Oh and one other thing that may make big difference.. In 2e you are dead at 0 HP.. There is no negative/ bleed out. So when the hobgoblin hit Cybellia for 5 more dropping her to like 3 hp... Talia is very concerned for her.
