I don't wanna get into a big discussion out what an elf looks like but 4' 5" is short by human standards.
Physical Description: Although generally taller than humans, elves possess a graceful, fragile physique that is accentuated by their long, pointed ears I just thought that when I read 4' 9" for an elf...it seemed really short. Maybe its just me though. This is ripped from the Pathfinder SRG Random Height and Weight Gender Base Height Height Modifier Base Weight Weight Modifier Male 5 ft. 4 in. +2d8 in. (5 ft. 6 in. - 6 ft. 8 in.) 110 lbs. +(2d8×5 lbs.) (120 - 190 lbs.) Female 5 ft. 4 in. +2d6 in. (5 ft. 6 in. - 6 ft. 4 in.) 90 lbs. +(2d6×5 lbs.) (100 - 150 lbs.)

Yeah Norrin, that does seem short by human standards. That's true about the elves physical description.
The starting height for a male elf would be that tall, like on the d20 Pathfinder srd. I think though Mastermind007 wanted his character to be different from the rest of the elves I guess? Idk I didn't really notice that until now, if I did I didn't pay it much mind and asked him why his elf is smaller the the rest of it's kind. Thanks Norrin for pointing that out by the way.

Don't get me wrong I have no problem with how he designed his character...I simply made an observation on the physical description he provided for his character.

Oh, I'm sorry, I've confused the Pathfinder elves with D&D 3.5 elves. I've never noticed that the Pathfinder elves are taller... I'll change that now.

Ahh okay Mastermind007, yeah they did. That's one thing they fixed when they basically took 3.0/3.5 and made Pathfinder. So Pathfinder RPG is a better revised version of D&D 3e. Alright.

Ehh...this version that version...I have been on again off again fantasy fan for a long time and any elf I have ever read about have been taller and more slender than a human. That is the reason I made the comment that I did. I meant no offence and I was not calling anyone out on their fantasy race general size knowledge. I am sorry that this became an issue.

No, there was no issue, I had just mistaken D&D and Pathfinder. I'm glad actually that you pointed it out, now I can fix all the characters I messed up
