Welcome Mindseige, pleased to meet you. You can call me Silver for short.

I was informed that the UA ranger will no longer allowed in the West Marches so I will be converting Galen to TCoE ranger over the next week so don't panic if you see my stat block change and new updated sheet for Galen by the time this adventure is done.

A few things. First, Mindsiege has got a new character up for approval. Second, Silver is reworking Galen based on the TCoE version of Ranger. Third, I'm not really hard over on needing final versions of the characters before starting the next Episode of The Door.

Go on and write a final wrap post for thisEpisode (e.g., reaction to getting across the gap, the treasure). Also, feel free to spend gold purchasing any mundane (PHB) items your character would consider useful. Don't forget the Healing Potion (usable only within The Door) and do mention who has it.

Expect an opening post from me on Sunday for the next episode.

I started looking at the healing kit to purchase then had a thought. What happens to things left in the room? The rope for instance. Does it just pop into existence in On Your Shield and fall into someones soup?

Yes, your 1st level would make four characters. It may be a few days before I get the next room up and running.

The four of you can RP in the Door thread as if you were in the On-Your-Shield.

I do recommend a bit of preparation/discussion - e.g., light sources, Marching Order, who has the healing potion.

Romulas is a pirate with intimidation and stealth being his expertise. He has range and finesse of +5 to attacks.

I'll have Teema approach her new colleagues once they've left the room. For her the last room would have probably been trivial because she can fly, but I know if she went in now she would become upset about getting no part of that treasure chest. No need to tease her like that.

Hmm, I already wrote that Teema made her way through the door before the other two managed to make it out. I guess she'll meet her new party on the other side, but I'm happy to wait for the party to take as long as they need to connect with delpinator's new character.

DM said we have some time to rp in the game thread like we were at On Your Shield. So if y'all wanna hop in I think me and Galen are just about to exit the room back into the tavern, unless Galen decides he wants to live in the last room.

Percy is fond of winged people's, so I have no doubt he's excited to meet this harpy!

As far as shop talk goes, Percy is human so he can't see great in the dark but has more than a few torches. He's now sans a rope though so we may want to get one. Mostly a front line monk and has a good percep so Percy wouldn't mind being at the head of the marching order.

Rope - assume that Percy got it back.
Light - I'm a big fan of lanterns - less likely to go out, burn longer, and come in the bullseye and hooded versions.

Actually, I already pulled her out of the On-Your-Shield thread to get her more quickly into the game thread.
So canonically she's already through the Door and inside whatever room comes next. Don't worry about me though, feel free to do some shopping and social RP between the other characters before you follow her through.

Also, and I'm sure this will come up again, Teema is actually a blood harpy (re-skinned Dhampir with a winged ancestry). Meaning she can draw life force from ingesting another creature's blood. She might kindly ask Percy or Galen if they have a bit to spare later.
