I'm assuming the entire group is somewhat together, so I'm dropping the Secret tag. Apologies if I'm wrong.

Also, here are more questions:
Can the group see out of the tower (e.g., the windows/archer slits) for ranged attacks and spells, or do they need to reach the roof?
What kind of Armor is the Giant wearing?

Priorities:
1) Fire the Green flare (Prrup-tik?); it's supposed to take several minutes for the airship to come back around
2) Free the prisoners and get them to the roof (Khat for Thieves Tools?)
3) Reinforce the door (Sululruk? and Kazza?)
4) Spell Caster and ranged attackers (Valerius?) try and shut down that Giant or at least his Axe (Heat Metal ?)

I'm assuming the more pertinent decision of how to save Valerius? Does Suluruk have a ranged healing spell?

Alternatively, Kazza can perhaps make a run for it? Spend a ki to Dodge, run 45 ft., spend another ki point to heal Valerius, and then run 45 ft. back. She might be OK between disadvantage on attack rolls and Deflect Missiles, but it's probably a suicide run.

Do we know how far away Valerius was when he fell? Would the above scenario be a case of rolling initiative again, and then seeing which orcs react fast enough to be able to respond to Kazza's run?

1) PT is a good candidate, and this should be a priority.
2) Hopefully the keys are around, possibly on one of the dead guards.
3) I don't know what size giant this is, but is the doorway really that much of a problem? I think a giant might have a hard time reaching in effectively, and would expose itself to a lot of attacks meanwhile.
4) From Suluruk's sheet, he seems to have far too many spells prepared, so it's hard to say what he can do. Command and Blindness seem somewhat promising. Valerius's Heat Metal could be great.

I edited my last post. I still can't believe that it is legal for a level 3 char to have 181 HP per day....Valerius is alive and inside the tower.

Sululruk is one over on spells. He should have 12 (4 Wis Mod, 4 Level, 4 Domain), but has 13.

Creatures can squeeze into a one-size smaller space. Giants are Huge, which means a large space (10ft x 10ft) to squeeze. I think the door is medium 5ft x 5ft. I'm assuming that strategy is that the Giant chops the door down and then sends the Orcs in. The Ogres (Large 10x10) can squeeze through but will be at a disadvantage in combat.

I'm assuming that the hatches between floors are comparably spaced.

From the PHB:
"A creature can squeeze through a space that is large enough for a creature one size smaller than it. Thus, a Large creature can squeeze through a passage that's only 5 feet wide. While squeezing through a space, a creature must spend 1 extra foot for every foot it moves there, and it has disadvantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws. Attack rolls against the creature have advantage while it's in the smaller space."

4 domain? He's 4L, so only 2, right? I count 14 on his sheet, and I think he should have 10. It looks like the last 4 listed were more recently added, so discount them?

There are ogres too? Even if the giant could squeeze in, can it actually stand inside? Same for the ogres, too - how big is the area inside on the ground floor?

Sululruk gets 4 domain spells - two 1st level, and two 2nd level - they’re marked as ‘class’ on the sheet. If he drops Augury he’ll legal.

All of this is dependent on how LeDragon plays Giants, size and squeezing.

RAW, the Giant (Huge) cannot get through a medium door. The Ogres (large) can squeeze through a medium door. Depending on the ceiling height (e.g., less than 10 ft), the Ogres may be squeezing in the room.

I think that we’re going to see a long stream of Orcs coming through the door.

They still have to take up floor space though, and they can't share it with PCs.

Were there also more orcs close by? If so, then PT should stay downstairs to fight - he's a great humanoid killer.

I think we're all clear to post now. Someone else should probably take the lead, since the only think PT can tell everyone is that the rest of the tower is clear, which should be obvious from his presence.

The dead orc under the table has the key. All locks use the same key.

Khat can't open the locks with her thieves' tool, because the locks are too stiff and too rusty.

The tower has an inside 1st floorground floor area of 35 feet x 35 feet (=7 x 7 squares). The upper ones are smaller by a little more than half a square per level. The 4th floortop level outside has 5 x 5 squares.
