You can't tell which tree the Manticore is in. Looking up through the canopy of trees, the nest is not visible.

Chemistry didn't find the nest, she cast on the manticore while it was flying.

Taking a more circuitous route to get back to the water's edge, as you leave the cover of the tree you were under, along the way you discover what appears to be an abandoned campsite. Around a small firepit are a waterskin (still half full of wine), the aged remnants of some trail rations, and a curious glass vial. The bottom of the vial contains the dried remains of a green substance that smells vaguely of carrots.

No actual tracks, but you find a coracle hidden in the brush.

The coracle contains an oar, a moldy leather travel bag with a damp artisan’s outfit (a shirt, breeches, shoes, and a cloth apron) inside, and a vile object—what appears to be a detached human face. In addition, a length of rope stretches from the boat into the waters below.
