Hmm, good point. I'll make that change. The smaller circles are marked with a > denoting the direction in which they are looking.

The only reason I left the dead on there was so you would know where you couldn't just charge over if you decided to. But, I guess with a map this open and large, it is really a non-factor.

Map fixed, not sure why the thumbnail isn't showing though. Let me know if any of you have issues opening it.

I can no longer see the picture, it says its an invalid link, I recommend that you re post the attachment (perhaps change the save name by a number or a letter)

I think I fixed it now. Somehow my other attachment was deleted, even though I could open it. Oh well, let me know if this works.

As far as the distance goes, it's about 300 ft straight line distance between where Nava is now and where Varis was left... And that is through a mountain. I don't think the whistle could reach him.

@CD, where are you trying to move to? Can you see the grids on that attachment?

I'm moving where I said, towards Krane--1 square northwest, 3 north, 4 west. I can't tell exactly what tile that is on the map exactly though. Everything is too squished/small.

And uhhh--... if Malachi thinks the bleeding has to stop, why he is doing something that is going to prolong the bleeding by picking her up and preventing Kat from getting to her to try and stop it? :/
And the bird is the bigger threat here... his choice of action makes no sense to me, it reads as he's just doing it because it's the opposite of what Kat said. >.>

Ok, that's what I thought, but I just wanted to be sure. I wish I could see the map the way you see it so I could tell better what is wrong with it. When I open it, it opens large enough for me to easily read everything.

As for Malachi's actions, he wants to get her away from the bird (back to the entrance). Where she is, both her and anyone trying to bandage her up would be extremely exposed. Yes, moving her is worse than having her stationary, but the threat the bird poses negates that. Also, Malachi is sure he can get to the girl and get her to safety before the bird can get to him and before Katrina could get to her and begin working on her anyway.

It's difficult terrain. It's 4 to 5 feet all the way around.

Ok, so Captain Devonin has gotten incredibly spread thin and has had to dip out of the game. What would you guys like to do?

Options (Not all inclusive):
1) Recruit 1 or 2 new players (and have Kat and Malachi dip out in one way or the other)
2) I NPC the both of them (honestly, not incredibly fond of this one but will happily do so if it makes the most sense)
3) Drop the game (definitely not wanting this either)
4) Anything else you can come up with?

I'll let you guys know now, if we decide to get new players, the transition will be seamless. Basically, I will have the new PCs be among the friendlies fending off the vultures (or Krane herself I suppose).

None taken, thanks for the honest response. My fault on that issue. I've been studying for my pilot final these last few weeks (I passed!).

If we decide to keep this game going, I definitely want to get some character insight to better tailor the next few encounters.

Maybe it would be a good idea to start a new game? we can use the same characters and all but it just seems since Wretched had his own dieties as well as NPC's and such, it might be better to start the game from scratch using existing characters. That way the game would be more interesting to Rex from a GM perspective and a more interested GM spurs a greater commitment from his players.

Personally I love playing as Nava and I am not quite ready to call it quits on her yet
