Stats are correct. For good measure you're allowed to round two stats up and one down, giving you: 10, 16, 14 , 14, 12, 12 or 8, 16, 14, 14, 14, 12. Puts you at roughly same power-level as everyone else.

I hope everyone is happy with their stats.

How does spell resistance work? According to the Drow info, Renza has 6+ her level, so 7, but then what? How does that apply?

it means that if someone casts a spell against you they have to make a caster lvl check, the DC being 7, if they suceed the spell affects you normally, if they fail you ignore the spell.

I may be mistaken but I believe that is the gist of it.

yes, if they beat your spell resistance then you would also make a will save or whatever is appropriate, you may wish to double check this however as I am not entirely sure.
