Yes! And it makes perfect sense that she got Wisdom from Arnost as his Wisdom is 18. Not sure how Arnost would have gotten Strength from Skye, but I'll think of something.
And given his low Intelligence, it makes sense he'd lose to her in Chess.

While his stature is quite tall, he keeps his hair short. He is usually simply dressed in worn work pants and a headband to keep the sweat from his eyes, shirtless as he labors unloading and loading the carts that come into town. His calm, quiet demeanor and kind smile do little to put others at ease who tend to focus on his looming size or the way his eye twitches when he speaks to strangers. While his physique is every bit as honed and capable as in his youth, there are bits of gray within the stubble upon his cheeks and the hairs on his arms, hinting at the fact he is in his forties. Personality: A gentle giant of sorts, Nassau is purposeful and graceful with his movements. He is quick and glad to lend a hand where he can but even when receiving thanks or praise, he is quiet and bashful. While he is a genuinely hard and effective worker, many find him difficult to communicate with. It is easy for others to miss his courteous and compassionate demeanor. Why are you in Pendle? Nassau was loading and unloading ships upon his home island when a man spun a tale of adventure and fortune to any who would help him transport his goods across the sea and to a frontier town known as Pendle. Nassau could take or leave the fortune and adventure, but he felt the man had a certain desperation to him. It was thus he chose to help and thus he has arrived in Pendle. He supposes he will return home in time, but has always been one to simply ride the tide. Work has proven plentiful in Pendle, and he's found himself in no hurry to leave honest labor and honest pay. Is there a person in the Pendle area that you care about? Nassau's quiet demeanor and imposing size have afforded him few relationships within Pendle. The man he assisted in transporting goods has came and left, and he knows few others in town other than those he's worked with. He helps others about town as situations arise, but he tends to his work quickly and then moves on to the next task. Really only a single experience since his arrival has left him feeling bonded to anybody. Dawn is an infrequent but consistent visitor to Pendle. Perhaps her sense of impermanence toward the town is why she gets along with Nassau, who is also a foreigner to the town and has mentioned his eventual intention to return home. Perhaps it is simply because he is willing to travel across town to deliver even just a jar or two of spice for her. Whatever the reason, his companionship proved invaluable when her mule fell lame and he pulled her small cart through town to assist with her deliveries. One thing was for sure, she learned how to carry a one-sided conversation. She was happy to find Nassau didn't mind when she lapsed into silence as well and that she could relax and be her more naturally grumpy self around him. Rolls

Her dressing distracts one so much that they are unlikely to notice her lack of eyebrows, or any hair at all for that matter. Her favorite hats tend to feature all of the makings of a nesting place for feathered folk. When someone greets her, she tends to point at her hat and shout, “A Nest! A Nest!” Most people feel some doubt this is actually her name, but lack any idea of what else to call her. Personality: Anest is loud and passionate when she is speaking. Most tend to fail to grasp what she is speaking about however, as much of what she says is rantings and seems as though only snippets of full conversation points. She pauses little to listen, although there are times she will lock eyes with another and seem to pierce into their psyche. This feeling tends to be broken with a cackle and an offer to purchase what tends to be quite the ridiculous hat. Why are you in Pendle? As a child, her family had a farm way out of town near the woods. Her first time into town was covered in ash and burns, the sole survivor of what is believed to have been a goblin attack, back when they were still uncommon. Or perhaps an unfortunate lightning strike. Maybe a spark from an unwatched fire. Whatever the cause, her house burnt and she only narrowly survived. When prodded on what happened, she offered little other than ravings. She still offers little else when speaking (which is often). Is there a person in the Pendle area that you care about? While she loathes those that insist on purchasing the plain hats they request her to craft, Anest feels very close to any who dare to buy one of her more garish hats. What is commonly a deed done out of pity for a crazy “artist” leaves one with something akin to a stalker, resulting in the poor buyer actually wearing the hat, lest they be accosted by her on the street. Wearing the hat, one is simply approached by Anest with a broad smile and a short rambling (typically about hats or birds, often a bit of both). Rolls Equipment Rolls

In fact, since he knows most everyone in Pendle, he pretty much cares about everyone in town. He considers Morpheus to be an especially close friend; he is like a younger brother to him. She wears a fine sik traveling suit, velvet cap tucked low over her eyes, rich embroidery detailing her skirts and advertising her success as a merchant. Her boots are dark and shiny, if a bit dusty from her days on the road. She carries a small wooden trunk filled with exotic spices, their smell clinging to her clothing and filling the air around her. A small handkerchief peeks out of a pocket, and her otherwise mysterious and cosmopolitan presentation is punctuated by frequent, sometimes incessant sniffling. Who knew a spice merchant could be allergic to her own wares? Personality: Look, I never wanted to be a spice merchant. Cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, clove...might as well be peddling sheep dung and mouse turds, for all I care. Well, spices are a bit more lucrative, I must admit, and more compact to carry. But at least a barrow of manure wouldn’t cause me the miserable sneezing and sniffling that this tiny trunk of pepper and spice does. I mean, honestly? A spice merchant? Surely I was meant for greater things. My very constitution protests the lot I’ve cast in life. Rather than trading in exotic spices, I’d prefer to venture to faraway lands myself...instead, it’s a regular junket from Neverwinter to Pendle and back again, loading up at the warehouse, then stopping at each little hamlet and backwater, hoping some good biddy or baker will spring for a packet of cloves or a pinch of pepper along the way. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve made a pretty penny in my work. But there’s got to be more to life than trying to pawn off my last bit of nutmeg to the highest bidder. Why are you in Pendle? I’m here on my regular trading route. Is there a person in the Pendle area that you care about? For the most part, no. Unless you know of someone looking to purchase a large amount of star anise at a mildly inflated price? We’d probably get along quite well....otherwise, Nassau might be the only one around that I'll willingly spend time with. He's quiet but reliable, and always seems to come through in a pinch. To be honest, it's nice to have someone who I can count on, and who doesn't give me a hard time about my sniffling. He might not be much for conversation, but that's ok...after a long day of door to door hustle, I'd vastly prefer a companionable silence to more tiresome small talk. Rolls

Morpheus Gender: Male, but with some fluidity Occupation: Mime (got to work with what the rolls gave you) Physical Quirk: Fit, extremely flexible and all that Personality Quirk: Fanciful, I mean, he's a 15 year old mime Bond Anyone out there? (Wisdom) Appearance: Although apparently and boringly human in every way, Spencer . . . I mean Morpheus, is convinced he was a changeling. I mean his parents are all fat, solid, shopkeeper and shopkeeper's wife. They could pose for a picture in the bourgeousie handbook and all. But Morpheus is slim, lithe, with long dark hair, big dark eyes, and pale pale skin (cosmetically enhanced but he would tell you that unless you were a close friend, not that he has all that many friends or anyone couldn't just guess). He likes to think of himself as fey but the stupid clodhoppers here just think he's a poseur, BUT HE'S NOT! Personality: Fanciful, imaginative, affected, it's all in your point of view. Spenser/Morpheus is a young man trying hard to create his own identity in the world. He has always been good with figures and letters, talks easily to anyone that comes in, and was a loved and loving son . . . until he became a teenager. He's still probably loved and loving but it's hard to tell since he retreats into a shell when forced to be around his parents and his father constantly nags him to grow up and change his look so he can be an asset to their shop while his mother is always asking him what she did wrong that he turned out this way. As you might guess in this community of farmers and hunters, he hasn't got many friends and is a little paranoid about being bullied or made fun of. He also doesn't exactly earn much as a mime; not like he would in a real sophisticated city. Why is he in Pendle? "Oh my Goddess, that's what I ask myself EVERY DAY! I mean, I have never been outside this town my whole life. There is an exciting world out there full of adventure and magic and art and stuff and I'm stuck here in this dirt eating farm town where no one appreciates me. You wait though. I've learned a spell and everything. I'm going to be a wizard, or a bard, or a sorcerer and I'm going to join a group of adventurers and become rich and famous and move to the big city. And then everyone will be like, I always knew he was something special." Is there a person in this town you care about? "I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my parents and all. And I had some good friends growing up until I started showing signs of being special, you know, and they all just became farmers and things and quit talking to me. It's like I embarrassed them or something just because I'm a bit different. I don't hate anyone here, I just want, well, more than Pendle has to offer. I want to really live life, not just be my dad's assistant in the shop until he dies and I inherit." BondWell, I do still have one friend who still treats me the same despite all the changes. Adriano and I have been friends since we were kids, our dads both merchants here in town. Name: Joseph (with Nyx89's permission, the younger brother of Adriano)

• Appearance Golden boys, so handsome it hurts. The brothers were one of the town treasures of Pendle, Los Angeli (the angels).
  
• Personality Joseph was a year younger than Adriano and had always been his follower. Unlike Adriano, he didn't like everyone, he felt that other people took advantage of his brother's good nature and with his own angelic looks, he knew a little bit about the seedier side of some of the town's upright citizens.
  
• Why are you in Pendle? We live here. Joseph works as Adriano's assistant in the pie shop.
  
• Is there a person in the Pendle area that you care about? Well Adriano of course. Joseph also has a crush on the wife of a man he knows is unworthy of her, though she is much older (19). She is one of the few that has never come on to him, flattered him, or even paid him anything more than passing attention. This just makes him more enamored, though he would never say anything to her for fear that either she would crush his dreams, or worse, respond to him and turn out to be just another user.
