What I like to do now is finalize character sheets. We can do that in what I call a "Session 0 Thread". There we can finalize character creation, backstory information, and get ready to play. It shouldn't take too long. A couple days at the most and then we will jump into the action.

Just noticed that each character is a different race, no two are the same, I rarely see that.
