Not to end the jokes (because I laughed), but
I don't know what ability to replace Incarnum Radiance with. After looking at it again, it is super useful. But there's time. That's several levels into Incarnate. Edit: You know what, I'll take the regular Incarnate. No need to change anything. It would require changing how their soulmelds work. Edit 2: I'm assuming we can't take Shape Soulmeld until we "unlock" meldshaping? That would make the most sense. Edit 3: I could totally just play a Psion the whole time and just take incarnum feats. I thought about gestalt, but this game really doesn't fit gestalt in my opinion, so I decided to just put in some homebrew elements.
The details of the special abilities will be revealed when the game begins and characters are chosen. I will say that Mage Bolt scales just like a warlock's eldritch blast and the two-weapon fighting abilities are for melee only. You provide their history actually, but this game won't be about the past, at least not what I've created so far. It's all about the present. It doesn't have to be secret info.

Some abilities don't scale rather the ability gets stronger as the character gets stronger.
That's cool, but doesn't fit at all with people washing up on an island with amnesia.

Would a homebrew psycarnum class that starts with no meldshaping but gets it later be acceptable? I'd work with you on details, of course, and would be open to changes should it prove over- or underpowered.
Basic idea is gets psychic warrior power points, powers known, and power levels, psion power list, and later (thinking level 4, but this could be moved up or down), picks up some minor meldshaping. A d6 hit die would keep it from being OP while also making it more appropriate for what melds it gets (Soulborn list). Doesn't get the ability to BIND them, just SHAPE them. Unsure how I want to do essentia for the class. Maybe bonus feats (the open x chakra feats and psionic feats as options). Thinking 5, 10, 15, 20. I dunno. Just a thought. I'm fine with just being a psion, too, and taking either incarnum feats or levels in incarnate. Edit: I should be sleeping, so this is me on not-at-all-sleepy energy. Edit 2: This class starts out weak, so maybe a bonus feat at 1st, too. Also, 2+Int skill points, since soulmelds and psionics both have ways to increase skill ranks, at least temporarily. Edit 3: Same weapon and armor proficiencies as psion (since they have powers and soulmelds). Thinking maybe Soulborn progression for soulmelds and essentia. This has potential. A bonus feat at 1st level wouldn't be bad.
