I chose "super-stealth" as the synergy power - a simple +2 to stealth I hope is not considered a game-breaker.

Not sure if the other aspects need changing, maybe as we get into team building?

Well, here that power is basically a custom enhancement for Super Agility rather than a synergy, one which emphasises silent and fluid movement under pressure. The current writing is trying to be a little broad - if you're using agility to avoid alarm beams, just use Athletics and take the +2 already there - but as a 'slip into shadows' boost it works fine.

Your other aspects are fine for the moment too.

For what it's worth, that would actually be something you might unlock with a stunt, which is like a specific rules exception or condition. E.g. 'Battering ram: you may use Physique instead of Fight for a melee attack if you moved into a new zone immediately beforehand'. And that's even before we talk about creating advantages with grapples, throwing objects around ... But yeah, typically you're using Fight or Shoot for physical attacks unless an exception or enhancement allows otherwise.
