Fair point - Damonovich would you allow something like that for an undead kingdom - was thinking like Ancient Egypt type but where the mummies are used as servants/labor force/army - but using skeletons/zombies with higher undead as citizens/lords ?

For Subedei each day holds something of wonder, gifts of the gods to be delighted in. Whether it is a grand victory over a rival, the glance of a beautiful woman in the street, or a meal that was tastier than expected, Subedei takes joy in all of it. Subedei doesn’t hold many grudges. If he doesn’t get his revenge for a slight at the time it happens, he doesn’t hold onto it, seeing such obsessions as good ways to spoil one’s time under the sun. Resentment itself is a foreign thing to the princeling, and it is rare for him to display any serious amount of hatred for any individual, preferring to save it for one who is “properly worthy of such passions” and holds the same principle with love. Instead he loves and hates very lightly, taking joy in the pleasures of the flesh and of light passion, while simultaneously only registering slight displeasure at those he finds mildly distasteful. Appearance: Had Subedei spent his entire life in the family’s palace, he would still have grown into a healthy youth, but nearing twenty-four years of age, and having experienced the harshness of snow and mountain, he stands with the straight back of a strong young man who has seen something of the world. His dark eyes are inherited from his mother, and the steely gaze of these sparkling orbs pierce the hearts of those they fall upon, bringing to mind the dark stone at the bones of the mountains. His hair is dark and thick like the manes of the horses loved by his people, kept in a knot on one side of the head. Like much of the nobility, Subedei keeps a decent beard, with two strands to either side of the main mass intertwined with charms of pale white stone. Unlike many of his homeland, however, Subedei has taken more to the furs of the mountain folk. Though he loves of beautiful things, Subedei himself wears little jewelry or other finery, instead he keeps such things hanging in his quarters like art pieces. A few scars can be found across his body, the most noticeable one being a slash across his face, a wound gained during his time in the mountains. Backstory: Born to the regal mistress of the Long Lands, Chagur, Subedei was raised with a soft hand and plenty of luxury. Because of his easy lifestyle and natural talents, Subedei quickly became a charming and listless lad. Subedei’s mother always spoiled him whenever she had the chance, and eventually his attitude when speaking to his betters caused a small diplomatic incident. Chagur was always soft on Subedei, but when his impetuous ways upset one of the king’s messengers, she decided that the punishment should also be a learning lesson for the youth. With this in mind, and despite her own misgivings, Chagur followed the example given by many previous lords and sent the boy into the mountains where a rebellion was starting to escalate. Up in the mountains, in a land hostile to the favoured tactics of his people, Subedei suffered in a barren place that lacked the good things of his homeland. This attitude changed one day when during a battle he was viciously wounded near the top of a mountain. As the youth lay bleeding, his horn shattered, his sword bent, he looked up at the clear sky. It was then he knew that there was more beauty in that heavenly expanse of blue, the realm of his ancestors, than in any soft woman’s embrace, in any mouthful of tender meat, or in any jug of fine spirits. Subedei’s men won the skirmish, and as he healed he spent more and more time wandering the mountains and cliffs, singing praises to the beauty of life, and gazing upon the bright skies where his ancestors rode forever. When he returned to his mother, Subedei was a changed young man. Although he was still a rowdy youth, in this roughness was a maturity and an understanding of what he holds dear in life.

I just game my kingdom a name and I see that I pick last for land! I also see that we have to roll for just about everything to place in our kingdom. Isn't that a bit too random? Shouldn't we at least have some freedom to choose what our trade will be, city layout ect based on what culture group we are emulating and the type of land we get?

are you a Necromancer? find a spot that would support undead army...and expect a lot of people keeping a very close eye on you.

Everyone has access to water. I won't be able to fix the map until after the hurricane passes. I also have lists of resources, city building, vanilla army (you have to make it more detailed).
