What that means is, you have to tell me where you're going. Not the address, but the 'building' such as the Court or the DRs office, or the University, or ??
When you get to the location, you can further explore your options.

And honestly, we really might need another character, or two.
We've had a tough time keeping a healer, even a paladin in the group, so if you know someone, or if one of you wants to add a second character, I'm good with that. But if its a new person, they REALLY need to be reliable for reading and posting.

What else do you as the DM feel that we need? I can add a 3rd Character if we need to?

Overall you have a good mix, arcane, divine and melee. But that I'm playing this module myself tabletop, and have experienced some of the combat, I don't think four characters can absorb the kind of punishment that you are in for.

I hate to see a player with three characters. I'm in a game myself with three (there are only two players, with six total characters) and I know I tend to favor one or two of them, often to the detriment of character development.

That's why I suggested maybe an additional player. Wouldn't hurt your group to have some more melee or range, or even rogue or bard style abilities (I know bard is arcane, but the buffing/knowledge aspects, you know?).

Well, I can ask around, see if anyone is interested in a Pathfinder Play by Post game maybe be able to scrape up one or two in the newer games that I have joined
