Boo.
Eek. Ahem, hi, I will be playing your slightly insane (to normal people at least) healing goliath, who fell down a mountain (how shameful). If you are curious about the player behind the screen, feel free to ask. By the way, who is coming marble hunting? And we might even bag ourselves a black caterpillar. |

"Not I" said the dwarf. Heck, my character doesn't even know about the marble hunting at this point and now he's got this sword plot to worry over.

Haha, I wouldn't worry too much, I suspect the whole marble hunting plan will not bear fruit (I doubt I will make it to the crypts) but being a niave goliath means it makes perfect sense right now. I mean, I can't tell he is insane, his mannerisms and body language are rather strange, so I am like a lost sheep.
I would wager I will be with the party momentarily, and 'something' will happen to Abadu, but I can't go and RP that, now can I? I feel like this is going to be one of the most interesting parties I have ever been a part of though. A half orc, who I will probably accept like a brother, or hate with a vengeance, a dwarven monk who will probably ignore me, and some sort of pseudo noble who will probably either set his pet demon on me (at least, my character would assume it is a demon) or try and manipulate me in some way. In other words, I suspect this will be a ton of fun. |

Well it won't be that I'm ignoring your character. The dwarf just doesn't know if you'd hear me all the way up there lol.

Actually I've decided to drop the old storyline and completely focus on Abadu's marbles.

Just walk into the crypt, step on something and slip falling down the stairs, and yell up to Abadu: "I think I found them.... owww."

Well, down there your dwarf might look up at my goliath and mistake for a mountian, since I am tall and craggy. Although, being a monk, you might later learn to jump off the noble, onto the half orc, and then onto my head, in preperation for some fantastic flying kick - doesn't get much better than that.
And while OOC I would love to go hunting for marbles, since it is probably the most interesting pasttime I have heard of in DnD, I think in character Meadowfinder would be screwed, since he isn't a cleric and crypts usually go hand in hand with undead, and I mean, if there aren't actually marbles to find, he would get quite upset that he vowed to do the impossible. I still seeing this being quite the interesting adventure, marbles or no marbles. And it means I can honestly go around telling people "I never could find any marbles" hahahah! |

Not sure if anyone plans on doing anything during the night, if not we will get through the search for Abadu's marbles quickly and take it from the next morning. If anyone has anything they would like to do beforehand feel free to post about it in the main thread.

Interested to see how Oz reacts to the last post about his ring. The tension is building.

I gotta say, add that ring with Abadu's marbles and we got the adventure of a lifetime on our hands.

Very cool post. I liked your veiled insult, I think the story of the ring is going to play very well into the main story. Maybe not as important as the marble storyline lol.
Once Byntroopers done helping Henna the blacksmiths daughter, we will fast forward to the next morning. I'm also interested to see how Aklas proceeds with this scene. Last edited by Delvarian; May 3rd, 2013 at 01:20 PM. |

With how things are panning out, I can't help but wonder what state the party will be in by the time I join - the dwarf has stones, no doubt there, and I can see the manipulating man and his eidolon getting on the wrong side of him. The orc is a bit of a mystery, but I can see him butting heads with the eidolon itself sooner or later.
This group hasn't officially met and still has great chemistry haha. |

I'm interested to see how Aklas handles this situation aswell. Thinking of a Chaotic Good but still Half-Orcish threat.
