Alright. The shopping is done.

I went ahead and bought a mule, some saddlebags, and a large tent. Everything else is fairly random and not necessarily useful to the party as a whole (save maybe the 250ft of rope). I've got a small remainder of funds left if someone wants me to pick up some other mundane supplies, but anything magical is definitely out.

Quick question, Asura: In your opinion, what ability does the Sword Saint archetype replace with Brutal Slash? The original printing listed a non-existent ability, and the PRD has a note pertaining to it.

...wow. That is a problematic error. I am of two minds here.

1. Replacing Weapon Expertise does make more sense given the listed level, BUT it feels odd. That being said, both have a bonus to confirmation of critical hits, so perhaps it makes sense?

2. Replacing Mounted Archer seems to solidify the idea of focusing on the sword, but runs into the issue of being the wrong level.

My personal opinion (which is now the houserule, since I am the DM, mwahaha!) is that given that the Sword Saint does not have changed proficiencies and Weapon Expertise helps considerably with Feat access, I'd say that you should treat Brutal Slash as replacing Mounted Archer. Since the change is somewhat of a minimal class feature, I wouldn't worry about what level it is supposed to be at.
