Here is a world map of Paxon. Each labeled area will have a brief description posted below Please note that the red line marks the border of the Great Alliance, outside of this is no "country", a few city-states or what have you but nothing as expansive as the alliance

Xan-Shi Capitol of the Great Alliance-Xan-Shi is the largest metropolis on Paxon while members of every race can call Paxon home, the largest populations are Halflings and Gnomes (totaling around 50% combined) next is Wayangs, Grippli , Goblins, and Kobolds,Humans etc. (together these races make up about 40%) following them is any of the other races; Elves, Catfolk and human offshoots making up less than 10% combined.

 

The Black Mass: at its heart is Mount Worsheer, Created by a massive weapon to end the second horde wars this area is approximately 400 miles across and several miles high. No one has ever come back from crossing the event horizon and what the environment is inside is a complete mystery.

 

Torturers Rack Is a mountain range, characterized by large peaks and daunting summits only the most foolish of traveler’s journey there.

 

The Dead lake is a salted sea, no life can live there and its water is poisonous. It was the point at which the grand army met and marched to Mount Worsheer

 

Blorfingrad is the northernmost city in the alliance. Home to the Psionic registry as well as a large fishing community, Blorfingrad is cold and far from the rest of the world.

 

Fort Teryness/Fort Karsk are the two largest military out posts on Paxon, They serve to guard the most strategic areas of the great alliance.

 

Jung-Kung-Gao
Home of the Grippli this island is their ancestral homeland. They share the area with Elves, Cat folk, and any races that can stand to live in the swampy island.

 

Dragons Call Island is the home of the dragons. While technically part of the great alliance they have never once sent soldiers or their own kind to aid the council, they don’t even send a councilman to the government. They have their own king and own government but no one knows how many dragons exist or what they are planning.

 

The Bloodied Wastes is a stretch of desert which few people try to pass through. While those that do make it through generally can save a month or two from their trip to the Black Mass (the only reason to make the trip)

 

Unending Plains Located outside Xan-shi, this area is nothing but unending plains. Tended to by Hobbits and halflings this area most of the food to the alliance. Dragonscall is the only area to which no food is sent.

 

Serenity nay not be the farthest north but it is the farthest “city” from Xan-Shi, marked by the giant Caen Monastery, it teaches every known style or martial arts, every known philosophy, and accepts every known race. Surrounded by 20 foot high magical walls, Serenity is the largest known repository of knowledge. However members from the wizard’s tower or the ministry of psioncs are generally not allowed to visit, fearing their ancient knowledge may be used to further some political motivation.

 

The Jungle of Dreams is a mystical site, a place where the magic’s of nature hold supreme. Those that do not respect the humid air, giant insects or the ancient rainforest may find themselves on the wrong end of a sharpened spear. There is a small outpost manned by Kobolds Goblins and Grippli to make sure nothing to more wild than there already is, is taking place.

 

The Blackened forest was an area about the size of Alaska that was completely scorched by Kuthons Necromancers. The spirits of countless lives are rumored to wander here still, for some reason the forest has yet to recover…but since the area is outside the direct control of the Great Alliance no formal reconstruction effort has been authorized.

 

Garricks Pass is named after General Garrick, leader of Kuthon’s Necromancers. The pass is guarded by ancient traps and monsters, only those who have a death wish try to make it through this deadly area.

 

Port Viishaal is a dangerous place, but considered the safest access point to get to the Black Mass. Populated by members of almost every race, Port Viishaal is the best place to get lost to hide and generally be unseen. Law here in nonexistent and its harbor houses more than one pirate’s ship. Only the strongest or the cunning are willing to call Port Viishaal home.

 

Ashton is the largest city outside of the great Alliance’s control. Generally strict and to the point Ashton is ruled over by the Templars, a group of knights who serve the beck and call of the Oracle of Vexran. They do not answer to anyone but the oracle, and should anything harm befall the Oracle before the next one is born; then they will burn Xan-Shi to the ground. Ashton has the largest population of humans in the world.

 

Hardenfell is a small elf village, what they are doing is unknown though most speculate that it has to do with rebuilding their species.

 

Broken-knee was the site of a large slaughter dealt by the Necromancers, A group of displaced Vishkanya, Vanara, and Nagaji had been fleeing from the Jungle of Dreams. They were caught by a large force of Undead abominations. When the slaughter was over, few had seen members of those races ever since…that is until they saw their corpses march as members of the undead.

 

Paratus is a small city, here Merfolk trade with land dwellers, while the city seems honest enough people can’t help but to shake an eery feeling. Traders spend as little time as possible in the odd town.

 

The last of the Dwarven cities, the dwarves are extremley xenophobic and rarely answer the diplomatic envoys sent by the Great Alliance.

Time-Travel Time Travel is possible although it affects the user as a “fast-forward button” you can travel back in time, but your body will age by double the amount of minutes/years one travels. So one could go back in time to when he was conceived but their physical age would reflect this. This is because the effect of time manipulation seems to warp the body as much as it warps reality. Many mages theorize that this is a natural barrier built by Vexran himself to forbid the mortals he and the other deities created to meddle to much in their perfection. To go back and time, bypassing this barrier would be to challenge the gods themselves.
