Most archetypes are availible to all classes. Here is a complete table of racial archetypes that anyone may create!

Bard Cleric Druid Fighter Monk Paladin Rogue Sorcerer Wizard Alchemist Cavalier Inquisitor Summoner Witch Gunslinger Magus
Prankster Demonic Apostle Sky Druid Foe Hammer Iron skin Monk Tranquil Paladin Skulking Slayer Imperious Bloodline Spell Binder Saboteur Fell Rider Exarch Wild Caller Bonded Witch Experimental Gunsmith Spell Dancer
Feral ChildDirty FighterWanderer Filcher   Fire Bomber Immolator   Blood God Disciple Buccaneer Elemental Knight
  Tree Singer   Eldritch Raider        Bushwhacker
      Deadly Courtesan

Expanded Archetypes but not all inclusive. Also The Order of the Paw Caviler order is now expanded to include hobbits and gnomes. But no other race is allowed besides them.

The Shadow Caller Summoner is open to Wayang players.

Those that take a racial archetype that does not belong to (such as a Kobold Fire-bomber archetype)their own race, qualify for any feats associated with that archetype. (so long that they meet the pre-requisite's for it excluding the racial requirement.)

if the racial archetype is not in this table or mentioned above it is still restricted to that race alone.

Young, medium sized creaturesPeople who play what will later become medium sized creatures (such as Humans or Elves) will adopt following template. +1 to Dex and Cha, -1 to Wis and STR (Con and Int will be unaffected) They will count as small sized creatures and will adopt all the penalties associate with it.

If at any-point the PC becomes "an adult" they will drop this template.

Races retain any innate bonuses they receive and stack with the template

Paladins and Anti-paladinsPaladins may be LG, LN, or NG

Anti-paladins are renamed to Black Guards and may either be, NE or LE any ability/spell that relies on the lawful descriptor or chaotic descriptor respectively shall be reworked, replaced, or removed from the game at the GM’s discretion.

Starting EquipmentAt game start, characters get the following pieces of equipment for free: A maximum of ten (10) trail rations. 1 Water skin or 1 canteen, 1 Bedroll or 1 hammock and blanket, 50 feet of hemp rope, Flint and Steel, a bar of soap, 1 common backpack.

beyond this characters will spend their starting gold normally.

Gold will be maxed at start

Critical Hit ChangesCritical hits: first dice on a critical is maxed. If a longbow scores a critical, then one of the dice is maxed. So a flat 8 damage, then roll the extra dice as normal.

Example: Jim rolls a nat 20 with his longbow. His first damage dice will be maxed (so a flat 8) he will then roll 2d8 to determine his extra damage. When rolling for crit damage it should look like this

Dice * Example:
1d8 1

Dice * Critical for Longbow:
1d8+8 (2)+8 Total = 10

this +8 is the maxed critical weapon damage for one of the dice.

I still require you to roll this in the dice thread. this roll is here for education purposes.

Rules for advanced firearms
Firearms only go against touch ac if the enemy is not wearing metal armor. If you are wearing full plate, scale mail or a breast plate the weapon must resolve against full AC. If you are wearing no armor or wearing leather or hide armor then firearms may resolve themselves on touch. Armors that have magical boosts (such as a +1 hide armor) may add the magical bonus to their AC only, the magical protection would help against firearms but hide is still hide and therefore doesn't grant to full bonus against firearms.

Magical protection acts like metal armor. If a wizard casts mage armor, then firearms go against his modified AC not his touch. This applies to other protective effects such as shield, ablative armor and so on.

creatures with natural armor may add half their natural armor bonus (minimum 1) to their AC; creatures may add half this bonus on top of any metal armor they are wearing. If the creature is wearing leather armor than they simple add this bonus to their touch.

It is important to note that a firearm doesn't resolve against flat-footed AC, in my mind, certain AC modifiers would affect an ability for a bullets to cause damage while other AC modifiers wouldn't.

Reloading any advanced firearm is a FULL ROUND ACTION, the reason is simple, unless I have a clip it is going to take AT LEAST six seconds for me to reload the weapon. Rapid Reload can move this down to a STANDARD ACTION I think this is a good balance for crossbows, and regular bows as well.

The deflect arrows feat cannot be used against firearms but the snatch arrows can. To me at least, you can't "deflect" a bullet, it either hits you or it doesn't. Snatch arrows does work however the same way a magician can 'catch' a bullet.

"Monk" WeaponsA monk my select two extra “monk” weapons not on his list at game start. He is now proficient with those weapons.

InitativeBecause of the long time frames in PBP, players will always have the initiative. Their initiative order will go with whoever acts first.

For Example the players enter combat with a demon. The player will always go first, their "initiative order" is based off of those who are able to post first, after the PC's have acted, then the monsters or enemies get to go.

Should a monster(s) get the surprise round, they will go first then the PC's; again, their "order" will be based off of who posts first, not a roll.

it is important to note that this essentially destroys initiative, players are advised to not take any feats/traits that rely, boost or promote initiative.

Role-Play experiencePlayers who write particularly juicy and well thought out posts may receive bonus XP for those posts. Each post is subject to the following scale

0-points | This posts meets the bare minimum of posting requirements and does little to portray the character's feeling or thoughts.

10 points | a good post That helps give us insight into your character, while a little lax on description or meat this post is above average.

20 Points | This post shows a fantastic insight into the characters mind and is extremely descriptive. This post goes above and beyond the requirements already Set forth.

30 points | An extremely well thought out and well-written post. This post is fantastic. It is near perfect grammatically, offers great details, and insight, while moves the character along in a fantastic way. These posts are exemplary and push the boundaries of what one is normally used to when posting.

Experience/StatsExperience Points are awarded through a players private thread. Generally after an encounter or some significant story point. Players may level up whenever they are able, XP track will be "fast"

Stats will be one of two options:

1d10+8 7 times dropping the lowest to a This limit includes racial modifiersmax stat score of 20. rolls may be allocated as the player deems neccesary

25 point buy with either a 1 18 stat limit OR 2 16 stat limits. Stat limits are before racial modifiers.

I like dice rolling so if you get straight 18's that way they are perfectly legitimate... (not really, but we will tweak them together should that even arise )
