Riadon disapproves of all this 'disappearing' nonsense, and lopes after Fragrush to find more things to murder.

Faranath- You see nothing of the vanished creature, but the one sneaking up on everybody seems to have bumped into Fragrush.

Fragrush- You stomp off back the way you came. You went past a stone bench right before you reached this street. It's right where you left it and you can lift it without any trouble. Just as you pick it up, one of the monsters obligingly trots round the corner, trying to sneak up on the group. The look it's it's face is priceless, but the sound of cracking marble as the bench hits it is better. In spite of the punishment, it's still coming.

Riadon- You're well within charging range of a very surprised and dusty monster. You're pretty sure it's swearing at you in infernal.

OOC Up to you if that's one of your two other languages.

If 10ft away is something hard, also take 5 more damage. critical miss threat confirmation 24. What;s the rule on critical misses, btw?

Fragrush frowns and growls, taking several big steps towards the creature and bringing his axe around in an underhand grip. While the intent is to knock the creature across the street, Fragrush doesn't have his normal two handed grip on the huge axe...

OOC I describe your misses as being really bad, mostly. If you're doing anything ridiculous like fighting while tightrope walking, or trying to hit a little monster on an ally's head, it'll probably go badly wrong, but for the most part it's just a miss. If you're throwing things around, expect massive property damage.

Riadon's lightening fast blade takes the top off the monster's head, sending its scalp spinning into the air. His second attack never finds it's mark, because the flat of Fragrush's axe blade strikes it first. The cyclops hits it right through some poor bastard's window.

Orriniel puts the first to fingers of his fleshy hand against his temple and screws up his eyes in concentration. "There's still at least one left, I can feel it! The perimeter field puts a trace on intruders!"

Fanarath shouts back to those on the ground "Can you tell where or only that he is here?" He continues to scout around for the remaining monster.

Fragrush stops where he is, and falls heavily onto the ground. "Uugh." he says, "I'm starving." He twists around to face back towards Orriniel, and eyes the corpse laying That is, the monster's corpse, not the injured/dead elfbetween them. "are you going to eat that?" he asked, hopefully.

Fragrush's stomach grumbled, and he wondered briefly, how much he would have to eat while enlarged as large as he was, and if he returned to normal size, how much would he still have to eat afterwards?

mechanics If there's only one enemy left, and not a visible one at that, Fragrush is ending his rage, which makes him fatigued for the next 6 rounds.

The wizard calls up "Somewhere close! That's the best I can do!" He's momentarily surprised by Fragrush's question, but quickly recovers. "I uh. I wasn't planning to, no. I'm pretty sure it's a fiend though, so don't blame me if it's a nasty experience."
