Well, let's just say... 'stuff' will happen.

Constructing Aeternus's character sheet right now. Lumina will get her own character sheet. A few things though:

"For future reference, Aeternus will speak in regular black bold..."
"While Lumina will speak in magenta."

"Communication via mental link will be in underlined italics."
"Colored in each character's respective color, of course."

"Personal thoughts will be in just italics."
"Again, colored in each character's respective color"

Alright, now that we know how to differentiate between Aeternus and Lumina, I'm going to clear up a couple things before I go trying to make an illegal character.

1. The Reach evolution doesn't specify that it can only be applied to natural attacks. Could I apply it to weapon attacks?
2. If I use Evolution Surge to give Lumina the Large evolution, and it has the Ability Increase evolution, what happens?

Just some stuff that comes to my mind right now. If more comes up later, I'll ask.

EDIT: Mostly finished making both character sheets. Links can be found on Aeternus's bio, and by clicking on my name. All that's left is to buy equipment and get confirmation about the Reach evolution. Also, I realize that I never congratulated Alex for his baby boy. Congrats, and hope the boy grows up well.

EDIT 2: Alright, so I found two conflicting erratas over whether clothing counts towards encumbrance. Does clothing count towards encumbrance? Also, turns out a summoner cannot get by with 7 Str without going over light load even with an Eidolon.

1. By RAW, it did say pick 'one' attack and not 'one type' of attack. So... my ruling is that it would only apply to natural attacks (bite, claws, etc.) but not to weapons because it doesn't make sense at all if it only applies to longsword (one attack) but not to other weapons such as axes, great swords, etc. (martial weapons -- a weapon type) if she has longer arms.


2. By RAW, Large will still cost 4 points but Ability Increase now will cost 4 points. This would mean: You will need to get at least an extra 6 points (or Greater Evolution Surge) to pull that off.

3. I do not count clothes towards encumbrance. Give all your stuff to the barbarian to carry.

Alright, thanks for the clarifications, however, Evolution Surge only grants evolutions, not points. Therefore, I would think it would be impossible to give Lumina the Large evolution through Evolution Surge if she has Ability Increase if we're going by you logic.

I'm actually saying I would allow that once you get access to Greater Evolution Surge. Let's hope we get that far with this game. :P

Oh and for when the Oracle's curse strikes >> This is how she will speak as I am going to use this color for Celestial if that works for everyone.

Unless there are already set colours for those languages and I will make sure to match them.

None. I usually do not edit any of your work. But I do expect you guys not to edit posts with rolls in it though.

Hmmmmm. I'm not too sure if I'm comfortable with that level of moderation. I wish it would have been stated in the application post, it would have been a deciding factor in my applying to the game. Just as I would not have posted in the info thread had that rule been stated. If I were informed of edits or even informed of mistakes to correct, I'd be fine. What do you think?

But no, you can't post in the Info thread because it's not yours to post in. It's a place for us to post updates and what-not.
