Correct. It's the party's minions. If you all take Leadership, it stacks for your organization in terms of followers, but you'd each get a cohort. Yes, this means Leadership is allowed (encouraged, even).

How do you feel about the idea of our character RPing a high ranking minion, rather than an actual Leader? Perhaps I can team up with someone as their second in command/sidekick?

Or create a Leader that you can NPC, while i use the sidekick.
