I can post if you want me to move you ahead, I'd been waiting for someone to make a move, such as "we go in the direction Jack indicated" or "Elizabeth casts dimension door taking us down there" or something of that sort.

I was waiting for the results of the magical items on the summoners body (if any)....

After that, flying down the river is probably my suggestion - at least that gives a direction that will eventually lead to the sea.

Well normally I would do something like that but I can't cast spells.

I was either waiting for a "I agree with Jack!" or a "I cast a spell to go down there!" type of deal. We are level 20 after all. Let's not walk like commoners

But failing that Jack can fly and he moves twice as often as anyone else does. So we can race if you guys want

A note for MundayKnight: Frask's new body is not wearing plate mail. Apart from being designed for a small creature, and thus utterly unfeasable for your new form plate mail also needs to be fitted to the user by a qualified blacksmith.

Likewise, your tower shield is undersized.

I changed my ac for plate forgot to change my shield though so I will do that now. Would it change the ac or just the ability to give cover?

I'm going to say that it's going to be +2 to AC, given that it effectively provides about half as much protection as it used to, plus it's awkward at your new size. Your arm is too big to hold it right. It also can't be used for cover. i.e. it's a heavy wooden shield with a tower shield's armour check and arcane spellcasting penalties.

EDIT: Unless anybody can point me to rules for shields of different sizes.
