Interested. Would Shadowcaster from Tome of Magic be allowed?

Yes, a Shadowcaster is welcome as long as you can explain in the background why he/she would be on a holy island. lol

I thought the Warblade was from Book of the Seven Swords. That's the one with all the maneuvers, right?

Character Name: Alaun Filpin
Class: Rogue Race: Human Alignment: NG Description: Alaun is a tall man with a strongly profiled face, best described as handsome. He keeps his armor as well as any paladin might, his weapons are immaculate and not allowed to accumulate any filth. Likewise his dark brown hair is trimmed regularly, and he washes every chance he can. He often patrols his compatriots speech, and corrects any errors. Background: Alaun grew up with a single father who never paid him attention, and when he was younger he would attend church for the food they offered the urchins. While growing up he also learned how to graft, and became an expert in both opening people, locks, and pockets. He was able to focus his talent in a more pious way than normal, and he became a guardian of his temple. He gained a security position on the premise he could test his own system against his cunning. While he worships a god of life, he reasons that any deity commanding life should also have the ability to take that life, and will resort to a truly final measure to stop any threats to his church. Darn, I have a cleric of saint chuthbert that would be perfect, but he is currently engaged. Maybe a Knight of pelor.

A few basic questions:
1. I like the idea of a good VS law battle; neither side is 'right.' How much will this impact our actual adventures? Is it merely something going on in the background (the 'separate peace' effect, where the main characters are insulated from the war,) or will we have to take a side in the war, or are we a 'third option,' who seek to end the war? 2. Are PHB2 classes allowed? 3. Will Spell Compendium spells be allowed? 4. How much intra-party conflict is to be expected? |
