I'm still deliberating on some of the mechanics, but here's the basic outlay.

Concept Ramiro is a charismatic 'barbarian' notorious in Vak'ben for leading a dangerous It might be close to a cult of Alashea, but not exactly - I was thinking it was a twisted off-shoot, something Ramiro adopted from Alashea and tailored to Vakian sensibilities, placing himself as its indisputable guru. I'm also keeping it vague what exactly caused this fringe-cult's collapse. Retribution from a general, cursed by Alashea for perverting her practises, eaten out from the inside by doubts and challengers? Let's find out together...cult, and is now an outcast in Irla reassessing his future.

RP Sample When the world collapses, any truth is worth clinging to. That's how I become powerful. That's how I became a veritable king, my crown woven from empty promises and proffered visions of salvation. Vak'ben splintered, and I filled the cracks. Villages were pounded into the rock by rampaging coups, and I came to scoop up the survivors, new adherents to my tenets. We built a wild network, running through forgotten roads, our hidden enclave at the centre of the web. I fashioned rules whenever I needed, we created our own mirror of Vakian society with our shrines and rituals at the centre, and one thing mattered above all else - I was the foundation of all that had been made possible. In peacetime, I would have been run out of the provinces. In times of turmoil, I became a beacon for the desperate. Vagabonds would kiss my feet and I'd bid them to rise, and find a place in a community that would honour and value those who have been forgotten by their squabbling masters, those oligarchs who had forgotten how to serve their empire with honour. Just this way, please. Ah, that's a nice ring. An heirloom, you say? Here, I'll relieve you of that - we shall build a greater legacy through solidarity and ritual. And now I'm here, in a foreign land, little more than a vagabond myself. My name is cursed in Vak'ben. I can only hope my reputation hasn't followed me to Irla. Why did I do it, and get so far? Because I wanted to build my own empire of devotion and fealty? Because I wanted to find my own sense of purpose? Or simply because I could? I suspect my lack of an answer has something to do with how I lost it all. For now, I need a new direction. I need purpose, and the resources to bring myself to that purpose. For now, I must be humble, whether I find it within myself or masquerade it appropriately. I was a god-king in the wild once. What will I be now?
