[PF-2e] Little Trouble in Big Absalom

Understood. His non-losses are mostly a result of his willingness to run and hide from a losing fight. His popularity is largely to do with his willingness to boast and put on a good show right up until it's time to run away. If he realizes he's a comic act half the time is an open question.

Also, I should have mentioned, his egg-name is not 'Hungar the Hackulator' he's just adopted the stage name.

Re: Instinct I'm waffling between Fury and Dragon. The Draconic Anathema definitely fits his character. If I go with Dragon I might swap out his Heritage for a matching Dragonscale. Which raises the question: Do all members of a Kobold clan generally share the same draconic exemplar? Do the Hookclaws? I assume it at least runs in families.

I don't recall having crossed paths with Exeter, but I do try to cultivate an appreciation for the classics.

Nah, even if Skrizka, Leafson's PC, is a copper dragonscaled, you can be whatever chromatic or metallic heritage you prefer.

Hookclaws are especially diverse in the Kobolds that makes the clan up. Hungar and Numbar could be the same heritage, but I don't see the need to force that to happen. Even if they are egg siblings, it's possible only one inherited the dragonscaled part. Numbar could be a Venomtail for all we know. That's up to you!

Hmm... I like the idea that Hungar came from a long line of silver dragonscales (including his brother). And he's a red, making him the black (red?) sheep of the family. I'll switch to Dragonscale (Red) for his heritage and Dragon (Red) for instinct if that's alright.

He plays up the strength and fierceness of red dragons when he's showing off so folks might think he respects them. However, red dragons are bullies. He hates bullies. So he abhors red dragons and his barbaric anathema would require defeating them instead of serving them.

Ancestry: Kobold
Heritage: Spellscale
Class: Magus, Starlit span
Alignment: Lawful neutral
Background: Qrold was adopted by a Hookclaw Clan were early in his life, brought there by Geetrax, who found him abandoned, during travels. Qrold fitted well in two the Hookclaw Clan, and has good relations with his adopted parents. He was quite obedient as a child. He was weary dedicated to studying during his teenage years.

He always wanted to repay the Hookclaw Clan for taking him in, so, and spent a lot of time training and learning. The notes and books sometimes landed to him by Geetrax allowed Qrold to learn arcane magic and combine it with martial training from his clan.
He relies on his agility when in melee, though he prefers to use a long bow, taller then him. Though he had a lot of training he was never in a real fight.

After hearing stories from Geetrax during his visits he is very eager to explore wider world or go on an adventure.
Kobold NPC: Geetrax famous kobold traveling merchant who sometimes visits the Hookclaw Clan. He doesn’t spend a lot of time with the clan, when he visits.

Heritage: Dragonscaled or Venomtail
*Class: Monk (Dragon or Wolf)
*Alignment: CN
Background: Yeahhhh.... Brahka's a bit... touched, you could say? She never really figured out how to speak and she'd rather run around on four legs than two. She's got a habit of biting and her spit's just a bit... tingly?
Kobold NPC: Dahka, Brahka's sister and best friend. Dahka is excitable and often rides Brahka around as if a knight along a dragon's back. In fact, this is how the pair present themselves most often. Dahka is the voice of reason, well, really just the voice. They seem to understand each other on a deep level and are largely inseparable.

Appearance: Brahka is a black scaled kobold who walk on her hands and feet. Hunched and lithe, like the smallest dragon you've ever seen. She wears tattered but long garments designed to look like a horse's barding and she's very proud of both her powerful tail and sharp teefs.
Dahka wears garments of purple, looking like a knighted lady.... well, to a kobold, anyway. Her silver scales a bit dull in luster, a handmade pendant around her neck is shaped like half of a heart.

About the Player: Oioi, I'm Nebula. I run the local Pathfinder Society, so I don't get to play much. Happy to help if needed, happier to chill and be a goof.

WIP Feedback is apricated Name: Leidy (Lady) Sheet: - Working on it Ancestry: Kobold Heritage: Dragonscaled (Black) Class: Cloistered Cleric (Wrymkin, Healing Font) Alignment: Lawful Neutral   Leidy was the runt of her clutch. She hatched right before they were getting ready to dispose of the egg thinking it would never hatch. All of her hatch mates had broken free hours before she even started to crack her egg. The Nest tenders were suppressed given how scrawny she looked that she had even the strength to do that. Her parents never came to collect her and so she was sent with others to perform menial tasks once she was old enough to be on her own. It was a day like any other. Leidy had been sent to the Temple to clean and perform duties given by the clerics and priests. She was cleaning a floor and a petitioner came in and slipped on a wet spot. Leidy ran to them and without thinking called upon divine magic to heal the minor injury. The high priest Samical saw her. He pulled her aside and questioned her on where she had learned to use magic and who had taught her. Leidy was intimidated that the high priest was questioning her but told the truth and said that no one had taught her. It had come to her naturally when she was worried about another member of the warren. Even though she was young and frail, Samical saw the potential in her. He had her moved from the cesspool of the unwanted into the Temple. She wasn't cut out for the warrior priests. He took her to the Temple library and the few books they had became her teachers. She read veraciously, one book after another. Leidy's favorite subjects were on healing and the dragons of her ancestry but she took in any knowledge she could get a hold of. She quickly became a contributing and valuable part of the warren. One day Samical came to her, telling her of the room of treasure that had been discovered. He was sending her with the adventures. Leidy salivated at the idea of being one of only a handful to gain new knowledge. She readied her spells and picked up her rarely used mace and headed off to the meeting place of the party. Kobold NPC: High Priest of her order - Samical. It was Samical that saw her potential and brought her to the temple to study the most high dragon of them all. Appearance: Leidy has strong draconic features in her face and extremities. These manifest as jet black bleeding into green scales. She has piercing green draconic eyes. She is Small even by Kobold standards standing at only 2 feet tall with a very slim build. About the Player: I have to say my favorite book ever has been Villains by Necessity by Eva Forward. My Current Reading is Dudgeon core online, The Book of the dead, and Fleabag a Monster Evolution - all over on Royal Road
