I think Americans should be broken until they can't even cry for their mommy, and then re-taught to speak, and properly this time. I vote that everyone is broken this way and taught proper Dutch (not the poor Belgian excuse for it!) instead!

About 5% of all teenagers here in the Netherlands are, in fact, learning Latin. I've been taught Latin for the past 6 years, and will be taught latin for one more year.
