Well, yes. I was attempting to be nice. I'll remember not to bother in future.

Congrats wodine (and MoonZar and Wynamoinen) on new rouge... welcome to the club. Hazing will begin shortly.

Hiatii aside, congratulations on being a member so long, Zagros! Glad you've stuck around. We should have a decathon or something for those members who've been around ten years or more... no idea what we'd do, though.

Feb 8 marked my 5th year on the site... So many things to remember in feb. My brother's birthday. My sister's birthday she's 5 now. They grow up so quickly. My grandfather's birthday is also on feb.

Feb is apparently an important month for me to remember dates for... It took me till 2019 to realize this...

I sat behind an actual DM Screen for some tabletop DnD this past Saturday. Been about 7 years (or so?) since I've done that. I missed it! And the group seemed to enjoy their first taste of Eberron and Sharn. Here's to hoping we keep on going for quite a while!

Grats Unko. Back when Eberron first came out during 3.5 edition I bought the book and wanted to start a game with my brother. He did not like the Warforged or the Artificer class that came out, saying they were more powerful than your average character. In short, since he and his wife are the only people I play D&D with, I never did DM an Eberron game.

A little irony for you though. When all three of us played "Stormreach: Dungeons & Dragons Online", which is set in the world of Eberron, his favorite character to play is a Warforged Artificer

Hahahaha, yeah I remember hearing a lot of that. IDK, I think that Warforged might be a bit of a powerful race what with a fair number of immunities and built in armor and whatnot (though that's kind of limiting, too). But I feel like the Artificer's power is pretty situational, and really only shines through when crafting items. But I'm not the kind of mechanical genius that some on the boards are.

It's not too late for Eberron! It's still a great setting, and it's getting a 5E sourcebook.
