Hey New Age Warlock what do you plan on specializing your character in anyway? We both are probably using ranged weapons so let's not step on toes.

I know you get sword and pistol so is that what you're planning for?

@Insacrum, is that gold you can craft with? Or the total amount of effective gold you have

Nah, Im actually going for more of a Shooty/Face role. Sword and Pistol is cool, but also hideously impractical to use as a combat strategy without a third hand, because you need that sword hand to reload, so its more going to be my back-up plan.

On that note, I think I will go with a toucan. Cant talk, but it gets me a +3 bonus on Diplomacy.

That was gold I could craft with... but I increased the bonuses that some of the items I had provided, so I'm now down to having 1475.67 gold left.

And the funny thing is that I even check the DCs for all of the items that I'm crafting, and none of them even come close to my +41 spellcraft check when crafting. I can roll a 1, and still craft the items.

Do you have a lot of experience building Gunslingers New Age Warlock?

I was thinking of something like Opening Volley into Sword and Pistol. Seemed buccaneer-ish, although you would be right to say not that strong.

Roughly another 3000 gold item right? Hard to say since I still don't understand what it is you do. Maybe just a bunch of +Knowledge skill items?

I'm currently going with a Shortsword and Shield... with a revolver as my ranged weapon... if you need any metal cartridges for your firearm, I have extra.

Aren't there certain cartridges that allow you to reload your weapon faster?

You guys should invest in those!

Ooh Sword and Shield huh? I saw the Godling had some cool Shield abilities.

Oh yeah, I have some. Combo them with Rapid Reload (also have) and you can reload as a free action...if you have an empty hand. It has been a while since I last did a Gunslinger, and last time I did I took a few levels in Alchemist and got the Tentacle discovery to reload my musket or chuck bombs

Insacrum your numbers should be higher. Your AC and Attack Bonus aren't enough.

Compare yourself to some CR 18 or 19 monsters on Pathfinder SRD to get a feel for what numbers you want. You should try to hit around 50 AC if you want to tank and around a +30 on your main weapon.

Try to see if there are any enchantments that add Int to Attack and Damage. That way you can just boost Int really high and apply it to everything.

If I remember correctly there is a Godling ability that applies Int to all Saves so that rewards you for focusing on Int too!

You should do the same thing then too. Get it for half off!

And I think you messed up your attack bonus. That should include your BaB at least.

You should look into some more defenses. Level 20 play can get…nasty.

Bullets and black powder actually get made at 10% of cost...okay I need to step away for a few, redo my gold tonight, and then I will have enough to buy some armor.
