Listen and Spot do fall under Perception, but what you seem to be using it for is more akin to Gather Information. Which, in Pathfinder, falls under Diplomacy.

However, you don't really need to make a roll on that here; the word is getting around fast enough. I guess I should have included that in the update. I'll correct now.
