A-3 -- Orc Thespians
Overview for non-competitive play: This is a troupe of friendly traveling orc actors. They think the goblins show great promise as actors ... if they just put a bit more meat on their bones. They demand the goblins perform a play. "The Tragic Love of the Centaur King and the Elf Queen" in 250 words or less. Can Exit To: A-2, B-3, B-4, A-4 Text: ... At the center of the road is a large wagon, drawn up at rest now with its team of 8 oxen lazily munching in the grass. The side of the great vehicle has been pulled down to reveal an ornate stage with layers of curtains and painted backdrops within it. On the state and around it are several orc actors in extravagant clothing that might be costumes, or just might be the sign of flashy dressers. They are delighted to see the goblins and pull them toward the stage where they perform a short but inspiring drama about a young gnome who flew to the highest mountain on a pteranodon of wispy clouds. And now, they tell the gobs it is their turn ... they are to perform, to take a request ... how about the "The Tragic Love of the Centaur King and the Elf Queen" in 250 words or less? The stage is yours, gobs! Skill Rolls Regardless of whether they accept the task, the gobs must make a combo Goblin Smarts/Farts roll. Each goblin must add up those two scores, then roll 2d13, trying to roll at or under the total of their Goblin Smarts/Farts roll. Questions none Tasks Submission of described play for 2 points Gob Fab Special Powers Additional info: If the gobs are successful on the rolls, the thespians send them on their way with a warning not to go to B-4 because of impassible muds
